I parked here AFTER HOURS for a nail appt next door. I we here maybe 45 mins. I saw them inside closing up. When I came out of my appt I noticed this sticker on my window. The kind that is impossible to get off. I tried to go in and speak with them but the doors were locked and this woman inside was ignoring me. I took it to the car detailers today and they let me know that putting these on cars is actually illegal unless it comes from authorities. You can literally buy these on Amazon. They're made with gorilla glue so they're designed to mess up your window. They also obstruct your view which is also illegal. I totally get not parking in a spot during business hours or if it's a local business with one spot and it's affecting business, but come on! This affected no one. Just poor miserable Karen's. A simple sticky note would have been fine or talking to my face like I tried. They told me if I came back they would call the police lol, CALL THEM. Tell them how you vandalized my car. Luckily the detailer only charged me $15 because they felt bad and they were able to get it off without damage. I plan to bill the bank a file a police report. And I hope someone puts one of these on one of their cars so they can see what a pain it is to get off. Can't wait to never return to a bank that I don't even bank with.

Sold a car - accepted a check from Commerce Bank - went to the Branch and they want $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank. Never have I ever heard of paying $$ to cash a check at bank it’s drawn on.

Customer service is fabulous, from the top down. I had to close an account here to a different bank nearer to my location (not a Commerce Bank near me). Even though they were losing this account (purely due to location), both Sabina and the branch manager, Ignacio, were immensely helpful during a stressful time in my life, for which I am grateful. I had been working with Sabina, called in and asked for her, identified myself, and the person who answered the phone immediately transferred me to the branch manager because Sabina was out for the day. This is a clear indication of how well these people work together and coordinate their efforts for the benefit of their customers. Wonderful experience!

I have been a customer of Commerce Bank for over 20-years and have watched this bank slowly decline, especially the customer service as of the last few years. I recently found out they outsource their online payments to a 3rd party, who sometimes does make electronic payments to the payers you setup on their online payment page, however, they also send paper checks to payers which increases the time it takes for receiving the payment. I just received a mailed notification that my car loan payment hadn't been received 19 days after it was debited from my checking account! After several calls to the place that holds my car loan and commerce bank (after being transferred around depts and waiting on the phone for 45-min to speak to someone) all I was able to find out was that the check the 3rd payment party (that commerce bank contracts with) sent out a physical check for my car loan payment late. I will likely be charged a late fee for my late payment, and it could also affect my credit score. It's finally time for me to leave Commerce Bank and find a bank that has been able to stay current with the times and truly values its customers.

I’m going to be honest, I’ve never had a “favorite bank” before. But… Have you ever seen Cheers? Where everyone knows your name? That’s the perfect way to describe this bank! They always take care of you, and you are without a doubt not just another number. I recommend all my family and friends to use this bank.

Ive been a Commerce Bank client for many years now. The 38th branch makes banking there very convenient and Kayla and everyone at that branch have been a pleasure to work with! They are always very welcoming, accommodating and professional and the branch is always clean and inviting.
