It's a good time in Denver! I would recommend making dining plans elsewhere if you go to the dt location bc there aren't full meals available. Also, no surfaces to place your plate while you eat, very backyard cookout style. Otherwise, we had a great time sitting in the very front row, which I highly recommend!

Love the idea of the Faraday bags for the mobile phones.
Went for a show on Friday. Paid for the tickets at the door (last minute decision) and then proceeded to enter the show, after surrendering our phones and as we were heading to our seats, only then were we told about the 2 drinks minimum purchase per person.

Only reason this does not get five stars is because of the seating is just too close. If there were armrest in between each state it would be very nice but every time I go I get severe anxiety and they're always literally in somebody else's lap.
It's a great venue though

We had a wonderful time…the staff was amazing - even going above and beyond when I had a Special request to store my suitcase in the managers office so I could make my red-eye flight after the show. The exit process to unlock phones was smooth and painless and the wait staff was terrific- will definitely be back. Additionally getting a talent like Patton Oswalt in a club setting - what a treat!!!

Insanely small seats. They cram.as many people in as possible.
You're going to miss a solid 10 -15 mins of the show just hearing people all around you ordering and paying for their food/drinks.
Friendly staff. Just an awful setup. Wouldn't go back if the tickets were free.

The comedians were excellent, but the staff was incredibly rude and the service was poor!

Comedians were great and had a great time! Location is great and the ticketing process was also not bad at all! Will definitely be back. Only thing is the waiter was extremely rude, didn’t know the two item rule and when I had questions about it he had an attitude and was rude.

Comedy Works is always a vibe. You will always see a show here whether it's an establishment comedian or an up and comer you will have a good time. Drinks are fast and staff is lovely.

The staff was very efficient, but the seating is incredibly uncomfortable. There's really nowhere to put your food/drinks, and it's very cramped. Imagine sitting in an airplane seat, but they made it worse. You can't use your phone inside, so I don't have pics. The venue is in the basement, so you need to go downstairs, then through some dark hallways. If you're a bit claustrophobic or tend to imagine scenarios wherein 300 people would need to get out quickly, this probably isn't the place for you.
