We used this company for 3 new doors in our office. The salesperson came out and measured the openings. One of the door frames was not square, but the door was cut square so there are huge gaps in the opening. When I informed the salesperson, he said "I do remember that opening being very out of square. I have spoken with the tech onsite and he has made all of the adjustments possible. The frame and floor there were really out of square and slopes. The frame needs to be fully removed and replaced, but that opens up new issues with the slope of the existing floor and having huge gaps at the hinge edge. I will look into a few options and advise you on what can be done to hide the current gap." This was 11 months ago & I never heard back from him.It would have been nice to have been informed about this prior to spending a lot of money on these doors... they were not cheap.

On May 19, a Colorado Doorways driver sideswiped my car driving downtown as he was pulling away from a parking spot on the side of the street. He gave me insurance information and assured me that he would notify his supervisor and CO Doorways would accept liability since he was clearly at fault. It has been over a week, and they have not contacted their claims adjuster to accept liability. Disappointed that a business would act this way, certainly makes me question their integrity for other business-related endeavors: beware.
