I was actually impressed, did get a call back and answered all my questions! I know exactly what I need to do now about a bad attorney that didn’t follow SCRA ! Seems that nobody answers phones and there is always a call back involved. Invaluable service provided once you do speak to somebody. Terrific continuing legal education, and constant efforts at improving services provided.
