This company is great. They are timely, have good communication with their customers and do excellent work. I had some issues that with my wipers that I thought might have been from their install.They promptly came over and looked into the problem. Turned out it was something with my truck, not related to windshield replacement. They helped me trouble shoot this problem. That is an example of outstanding customer service. Tim was my technician. Appreciate you guys!

Exceptionally rude customer service. During the process of getting a quote, I asked the simple question of what brand(s) of windshield they use or have available and got a rude and condescending earful from the person on the other end of the phone. Would not patronize or recommend this business.

Had a brand new Mercedes that needed the windshield replaced. Unfortunately the tech didn’t protect the car as much as he should and some scratches were left on my car. Accidents happen but the way this company took care of me has made me a customer for life. They spared no expense and were willing to do anything to make the process as easy as possible for me. There was never a moment that I didn’t think they were going to take care of me and my car. The measure of a company is not perfection but the way they handle their mistakes and Colorado Auto Glass is second to none.

Sabra initially helped me get my windshield replacement scheduled over the phone and was so kind and helpful and made the whole process with my insurance super easy and efficient! The man who came by today to replace my windshield was also so nice and helpful and made this whole experience so easy!
