The community is also noted as being dog friendly. Amenities are outstanding and exclusive, including a great rooftop pool, a pet spa, a climate-controlled garage, and bicycle parking with an integrated cable lock system. The Velo Room provides professional maintenance equipment for bicycles, skis, and snowboards. However, a significant and persistent issue involves the elevators, which have had problems for over a year, sometimes requiring weeks for repairs and necessitating the use of stairs. Overall, Coda is described as a great place to live—a true luxurious, convenient, and highly-rated home with world-class service, despite the ongoing elevator concerns.
Coda is a great place to live. The amenities are nice, the roof top pool is a great place to spend time. Most of all I love the staff. Bethany, Renee and John do an outstanding job taking care of the community. I'm very happy to live here!

Had only a day to tour apartments before moving from another state. Codas communication was EXCELLENT. 8 months later I plan to renew and upgrade. Thanks Coda! Can't wait to spend the summer on the beautiful rooftop :)
