I'm very disappointed in this company. I have had a insurance claim since March and they still haven't paid me...i tried to contact and left messages over and. over again with no response...I am a loyal customer have been using storage for over 5 years and would expect to be treated with dignity and respect not ignore or forgotten...im in Tulsa Oklahoma..the Manager lady there is very nice and respectful and has tried very hard to help me...i would not recommend this storage facility for not following through with my claim...

DOES WORK WITH YOU...NOWNOT A 24-HOUR ACCESSNO BATHROOMI was misled to believe this facility had 24 hour access. Finding out it was not a 24-hour facility went well after the point I had no choice but to move in.BOTH SHAWN AND THE LADY HAVE GOOD POINTS TO CARE FOR FACILITY.Shawn works with me to allow me to go to work at 6 am. I can go inside to pick up what I need for work.The lady assured that no one would cause problems with food, staying late, or using storage facility for other means.They make a great team.

UPDATE:Changed my original review from a 5-star to 3.5-star due to ClearHome's inability to follow up. Many months after I parted ways on good terms, their system sent me requests to "review and sign documents to finalize my agreement," and after my repeated attempts to get in touch with the location, they would not respond to confirm I'd been removed from their automated billing system. It's unprofessional not to correspond with customers regarding billing, so until further notice, this is my rating.Original review:I'd never rented a parking space before, and scarily, I jumped on board with ClearHome Self Storage when they were brand new at this location without any reviews. Hopefully this one helps you.I possessed a car of questionable mechanical health which needed to be sold, and stored somewhere until it was. So I contacted CHSS and the onboarding process was smooth enough; I gave my credit card info over the phone, set my PIN, and was all set. I kept my vehicle in their gated parking unit for about 3 months.There was a miscommunication about whether or not I had automatic billing activated, but the representative was kind enough to waive the late fees.Their pricing is fair, and just as every other storage facility offers, you get a free month for signing on.

I was absolutely pleased with the price and security of ClearHome. I live in an apartment near the facility. The price was amazing. I love the extra space to store my winter tires, skis and out of season equipment. The management responds to inquiries timely and always available if I have a question or inquiry. 5 Star Customer Service.

Avoid this facility. If you have any issues with the facility you can expect zero service and zero followup. The Bannock facility's rollup door was broken for a week and I could not get a phone call back on when it would be repaired. In addition, the facility's carts have been missing for 2 weeks and again, zero response on when this will be resolved. While reviewing reviews for this company, keep in mind they offer amazon gift cards for 5 star reviews after signing up. There is no on site management so if you have any issues with your unit or needs don't expect anything to happen. very poor customer service.

I needed a safe/secure place that had a good deal for me as I was downsizing houses and needed a place to store my stuff for at least 6 months. After a week or so of searching, I stumbled on this one, I am pretty picky with this sort of stuff as I am very protective over my property and was willing to take a chance with them.

Stay far away from this facility. I would give them zero stars if possible. Someone got into my unit and took all of my electronics and musical instruments. The managers do not care or express sympathy or attempts to look at security footage. Even though this is supposed to be a locked facility the gate and doors were often propped open when no one was moving in or out. The managers disregarded my calls about this as well.

I would give them zero stars if possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY. Someone got into my unit and meticulously took all of my electronics and musical instruments that were worth anything. The managers do not care and won't look at the video footage. Additionally there were multiple times that gates and doors were left open and the facility was not secure. When I complained about this they also made no effort to make amends. I regret using this facility.
