Made an appointment as required , agreed to the terms including the “booking fee” and all of the warnings that there’s no refund for cancel etc. drove almost 45 minutes to get there, only to find out that there was nobody at the facility, and when we called was told that somebody should be there soon, 10 minutes after that call, nobody had arrived. Called again, was told oh yeah, somebody should be coming. They just forgot they had an appointment.Really bad experience and certainly not very customer oriented. I requested that the manager call me, never received that call.Due to this poor experience, I cannot recommend them.We did end up getting a refund.Sure makes you wonder what the point of the booking fee is

Mikey our event coordinator was very knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure we all know what we were doing before starting our time. His knowledge and expertise helped us prefect our throwing increasing our score and fun. Best axe throwing place we have been yet. Will return for sure. Thank you Mikey and Class axe throwing.
