I appreciate the attendant telling me multiple times that I don't have sip and save. I'm aware, and I know i dont have sip n save. Although Every 6th fountain drink is still free without it tho. The system can't track my drinks without entering my number. It's a good idea to make sure your employees are up to date on your specials and deals that keep me coming back. The 4th time he told me I don't have sip and save was a bit over the top and unnecessary.

I was awestruck at how rude and flat out mean, the employees were. I picked up a box of drinks from the refrigerator and the handle broke because it was wet. Nothing broke, but I picked up all the items and put them to the side so I could look for an employee and the only one was at the register yelling at some other customer. I then grabbed a different box and realized it too was going to break. I had carried it carefully to the register so I could show them and explained to the unbelievably rude manager that all the boxes would most likely break given they were all wet. I thought I was helping. Then another worker guy came in screaming at me that I broke the box and if I had a problem with the item I needed to take it up with the company that makes the product and that it’s not their fault. They then charged me $5 for a faulty box (of their product).I will most certainly never be back, but based on many friends in the neighborhood and the massive amount of terrible ratings and comments…they simply don’t care.It’s too bad. I always try to give everyone the benefit, but this was unbelievable.

They do not have pizza combos and they don't have macaroons, who wouldn't want a place e woth combos or macaroons?!☹️

This person at the front counter always takes his time to ring me out, then when my card or side of the pin reader is slow he gets impatient. Once he even asked if I had money in my card...

I come to this location all the time because they have good ice, but the employees that were in-store on 11/18/2023 around 1pm need serious training. There was a sale on Reese's king size candy - buy one get the second for $1. They didn't give me the sale price. When I pointed out that they rang me up wrong, they were extremely rude. They argued with me (as well as the other customers who were telling them the same thing that I was), then gave me 42 cents, as they said I had already received 58 cents off.The sale was to get one item for $1, not to get $1 off. These are the two employees I always have an issue with when I come to this location.

If you’re out of premium gas maybe don’t place yellow stickers over the yellow pump buttons that are hard to read for the vision impaired and do not treat your customers with disrespect when they ask you for help. Honestly I’ve never experienced such unbelievably rude service until last night. Get a different job if you can’t handle customer service.

I usually get my gas here snacks too. These guys are very polite to me. I can’t complain and it’s close to my home. John1, John 2 and John 3 yea they have many Johns at this location but all very polite gentleman

I just saw Channel x news anchor Christian Taylor coming out of the store miffed per say. Mistreating clients is a long list of complaints werecoiking up against Circle K across Denver. This store has more buzz on it than anything on my desk. Christian. A celebrated news anchor for 30 yrs, most known for his decades in MTV, was carded for a lottery ticket. Really? My complaints list everything from abuse to the customers, hostile sarcastic employees and much worse even bordering on reverse racism. We will do a story here in the future. This staff sucks and if the owners ask around every person out here will agree. Skip them. Loaf and Jug are kind and want your business.Urban Camping is in effect

Attendant seemed annoyed when It asked him a question. As I was standing in line he shook his head in disbelief when somebody else asked him a yes/no about drink prices. Granted these young kids ought to have waited their turn but it did confirm to me that he was rude to pretty much everybody.

BEWARE! Pump forced Plus gas when I selected Regular Unleaded. Charged for Plus gas at $4.14 and attendant couldn’t/ wouldn’t do anything. The Regular Unleaded was advertised at $3.64 on their sign and Plus gas was $.50 more per gallon than Regular Unleaded. I got 13 gallons which means that I was charged $6.50 more total for Plus gas that I did not select. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS GAS STATION AGAIN!

The guy they have working behind the register is very rude and and not helpful at all.. He literally just sent me to two different gas pumps that don't work and when I asked for my money back he gave me a bunch of change back. That's not how I gave my money to you so give me back what I gave you.... This is NOT the first time that I have had a problem with his smart mouth, but it will be the last...

The BEST GAS & C-Store in Glendale/ Denver/Colorado/i25-COblvd exit.I love this team of Mimi and Jon & Jon.Helpful. Tolerate some of the rudest customers with the greatest of customer service. Used to visit multiple times- day. Then found myself taking exit when i moved out of neighborhood. Left the state and still make sure to swing by the circle-k .They always have the specific tobacco product i smoke in stock and i cant seem to find anywhere within the city at times.

I traveled to Colorado for the Labor Day weekend, I was super surprised how the store assistant was helping everybody with a full store and people yelling at him for no reason he handled the situations that every customer was throwing he’s way. I have been meaning to write a good review for the young man working behind the counter on Labor Day 09/05/22 I believe he’s name tag said Richard. In all I just wanted to say I’m pleased with my service and next time I’m in Colorado I’ll be stopping by again for the great customer service thanks circle K for having great employees who are fast and handle stressful situations ?-Chris
