I'm hooked! The staff was amazing! The girl helping me was so patient. I came for work shirts. I needed two for this weekend and I was going to get a pair of pants. Got the shirts . Decided not to get the pants. But I did get a hat to match my shirts. I will be back Monday for five more work shirts and most likely another hat. They have the most amazing thing in place here. So some clothes have little flaws that don't make the cut to sell for full price. So they sell them at a much lower cost. Honestly can't find the flaws on the shirts! My boss is going to take these shirts and have the company logo put on them! Sweet right!!! I wish I could remember the girls name that helped me. She was so kind. If she's there Monday I will write another review and put her name in itShe was awesome!!! Fine example of perfect customer service! Cinch is a awesome outlet store. If you need western wear. Dress shirts, go there. Swear I could spend my whole check there and come out with a huge wardrobe y'all! Cowgirl and cowboy up and get to goin there! Definitely got my business!

It was so quiet in here that one could hear a pin drop. This is definitely out-of-the way and I liked shopping here more than at Boot Barn. Staff was helpful and friendly - except when I had to wander around store to find staff to help ring me up. Lots of different styles of denim jeans in varying washes, lengths and sizes. What is not here are cowboy boots nor hats.I'd definitely return.

I received a gift for Christmas from family members bought at Cinch Factory Store. I couldn't get to the store to exchange it until 2/2/24 due to weather, sickness and catching up on work. It takes me an hour and a half to drive there! So when I went , I was ready to shop too. They were nice when I came in but then looked it up the receipt and found it. The item was bought on December 22, 2023 so the return policy for holiday is until the 1/31/24 from November unknown to me. So, shouldn't I get 90 days too?They won't even let me exchange it for one that fits! I feel they really can do some training in customer service for the manager! She was rude too! And I calmly just left the store without even shopping! I called customer service and they took my info and I really thought I would have heard back from someone! But still have not! I guess I will just go shopping at Boot Barn!

Bought me a pair of cowgirl jeans to go with my boots. CINCH is a Colorado FAD, me likey.Perks: in the back of the store they sell a local beer "Gold Buckle Beer" $10.99 a 12 pack ? can't beat that!

We really love coming in here. My husband goes through jeans quickly from being a Heavy Equipment Operator, so we love the prices they have on good quality jeans. And I am a plus size girly, so I love that they have curvy girl sizes in jeans & also their sales racks. Definitely a regular place we enjoy shopping. And for 2 pairs of jeans for the hubby & my shirt, was still less than the usual cost of one pair of comparable brand jeans.

Quality of clothes is poor, designs are atrocious. Workers always act like they hate their lives. Every time I've been in they are all sitting around playing on their phones. They act mad when they have to actually speak to a customer and act like customers are such an inconvenience to their lives. Just never had a good experience here.
