I arrived somewhat aggravated at finding the office. Upon arrival the staff was very apologetic and were very understanding of my frustration. Afterward, the staff settled my nerves, upon which I apologized for my rudeness. They said there was no need for apologies, I left very satisfied with staff and their kindness.
