I came across Rebecca Nations, she was very nice, emailed me back right away, very helpful and kind. She sent me the tracking number and kept me informed. There's always a 50/50 chance of feeling did I get scammed or am I really getting the doll i bought. The box came in and it was exactly the doll I wanted. Since this is my first time buying, I would definitely ask for more photos in a different light, but other than that I'm very happy. I'm looking forward to purchasing again. “I always find their newest pieces here and I like that it has the H&M Home on the third floor. First floor is their intimates, jewelry, new clothes, sports pieces and their sale. Second floor is their Divided line which is targeted more towards the younger crowd. I enjoy how big the H&M is however I gave it a 4 due to location and small Sale section. There is construction right in front of it which makes it hard to locate or find parking as it is downtown. Their sale selection is so small I go through it in less than 5 minutes. The service is always good and I have never had an issue with check out. When it comes to the value, the pieces are affordable and nice.”
“I had not been to a department store in about 10 years. It was so nice to go to JCPenney! Everyone was beyond professional and the store was spotless. It smelled so good in there had a very welcoming vibe to it. It was so nice to be treated nice because downtown you do not get that anywhere, anyplace. I so appreciated it it was such a nice breath of fresh and familiar air. I'm going to go here more often. I truly have missed the department store experience but especially JCPenney! I miss stores like this so much because you can go in and touch things and see what color comforter sets are before you have them delivered from Giants like Amazon only to see that they aren't the right colors. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you guys staying open and being able to stay open. The employees were awesome. The store is spotless. Thanks so much. I will be back definitely.”

“As a 90s kid, Gap holds a special place in my heart. My wife needed some "basics" for an upcoming trip. I suggested we roll down to our neighborhood Gap. It was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was like I was dropping $50k in Neiman Marcus! My wife found a bunch of plain items for her trip. 10/10 Gap!
You can hate on Gap as much as you want. But Gap is way better (and cheaper) than any Instagram fast-fashion brand. This day in age, I'd rather support Gap than Amazon/Instagram cash-grab campaigns.”
“I'm one of those Athleta devotees too. This isn't my preferred location, because Cherry Creek isn't my favorite mall. I tend to buy online more often because I need tall sizes. I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.”

It is not overly crowded with merchandise so you can quite easily see all of the clothing without having to rummage through things (like at a store like Forever 21). The staff is always helpful, especially Michael -- always goes the extra mile. I love how they price match whatever sale is going on online. Will continue to be a repeat customer!”

The choices are limited in comparison to their website but their staff is very friendly and will order anything they do not carry for free fast shipping.
