At 1st this location was helpful. If you called with a question they provided great advice now this location isn't worth calling.They know less than you almost feels like they provide mediocre or disheartening or somewhat wrong info or very very general vague information or the most expensive back breaking solutions they can think of on purpose. I have no proof it but it feels like this might be the case. I won't be calling this location for advice or patronizing this location to buy any products. You come out much better googling your question versus asking the people at this store for advice or help .

Great store for sure! Caleb was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right screws I needed quickly. Definitely going here first for my next project.

When they wrote the ACE jingle “ACE is the place with the helpful hardware man” they wrote it about this specific location. Everyone here is super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Try to find Caleb if you have any gardening questions! He’s the go-to plant guy. Love that this is my local ACE, and even if I were to move out of the area, I’d go out of my way to visit this store.

This is a great store. It's been there for decades, and it's a ritual I look forward to when I visit this store. They have things Home Depot just doesn't have. They also have very knowledgeable people, good customer service and connect with their customers using friendliness and knowledge. They add to our community at Ace hardware.

I feel really lucky to live just across the street from our neighborhood Ace. I can’t say enough positive things about the care, attention and kindness of the staff here.
On a recent morning, my electric lawnmower stopped working due to a broken battery latch, I walked over to describe the issue to a team member and she said that all I had to do was bring my mower back to the store to exchange it for a brand new mower. I was shocked. I thought, for sure, that I was in for a frustrating search for parts or costly repairs.
Thanks to the service at Ace, the process or describing the issue, bringing in my broken lawnmower and receiving a replacement took a total of 15 mins. Amazing. Thank you, Cherry Creek Ace!

I live in the neighborhood and these folks are life savers. Always friendly, always helpful, always trying to find solutions for me at the best price. Ace stores are generally well-run but this one is the best I’ve been to.

The employees were very helpful and kind even when I did something dumb. Made me aware of what I was doing wrong after I had some issues with a tool I bought and didn't belittle me for being unaware of the issue. Loved them all

I went today to look for some stuff as soon as I entered the store I saw this ace workers just talking to each other like 4 of em, no one said one word about helping me find what I needed, they saw me just walking around and noone helped, I think these people need to be more attentive to customers, is not the first time this happens at this branch.
