Slows as molasses. Good luck getting anything done here in a timely manner. Didn't feel respected at all when I had a financial question, they responded in a way that made me feel belittled.

Even though it's in walking distance from my house, I will not be going here again. I was exchanging money to a currency that needed to be ordered and when I went to pick it up, they had messed up the order. 25 minutes later with no "sorry" and no ability to improve the situation.

Had to withdraw all the money I had in my account to pay a bill on another bank and put gas in my truck. The ATM had a problem and did not dispense my money but withdrew the all the money from my account. The local manager was unwilling to help, very "cold" made me call an assistance line that held me for over 1 hour just to tell me that it would take 3 to 7 business days for my money to be back into the account. Do yourselves a favor and do business elsewhere this is a horrible bank and this is its worse branch.They assumed their mistake and even put a sign AFTER it had happened to me. But looked my in the eye and said that there was nothing they could do. Had to have my wife drive all the way from Boulder, leaving her job earlier just for me to put gas. Also my bill is now past due and i was charged over 70$ on feed on that bill. All because of their mistake

Went in to add my girlfriend to my bank account, but was told I needed to make an appointment. Even though there were 5 bankers in the building not assisting anyone they had no available appointments. Disappointed in Chase’s lack of communicating what is needed to perform this simple task. Two stars for a clean space.

Stay away from this new location. It's got terrible unprofessional employees - the manager Angela is never available and the employees are condescending and rude. In person and over the phone, my time was not valued as they took eons to "look" at accounts and ask managers questions, only to return with no answers and no way to help. I have had interactions with most of the employees and there is just a general incompetence at this branch. Avoid this branch if you value your time and want to feel like your money is in good hands! They've been lucky hiding under the radar with no yelp reviews until now.
