The employees at this branch of Chase Bank went above and beyond to help us get a cashiers check for security deposit and 1st month’s rent. They were willing to work with us and our debit card to get the cashiers check we needed. They were excellent problem solvers. Thank you, Sirjan for being friendly and helpful!

This rating for this bank in the low 2s feels accurate. Overall, Chase is a borderline fraudulent, definitely an incompetent bank. This branch exemplifies everything that is wrong with JPMorgan Chase Bank. No follow through, not client focused.

As far as any banks go currently this location and the agents I have worked with have been better than any other bank. Additionally their atm hasn't given many problems until now .

This is the worse chase bank. They have an ATM but the door is always double locked. If they cant figure this out I can only imagine how terrible the employees are inside this particular chase bank. I would move on to another chase location as this one is a complete and utter failure. Cant even have your own customers access the ATM. FAIL This branch says its open on Sat on the website but when you go there its closed on Sat please update your website.. another fail

They are closed at 5pm & the ATM door is locked. We had 5 people knocking at the ATM door at 5:15pm on a Tuesday. There wasn't a soul inside to help ?

Im not one to leave Google reviews but i was so frustrated today it seemed worth it. Similar to other reviews - atm area isn’t accessible after hours even with physical card and debit card loaded on Apple Pay. Haven’t had this issue with other locations, so clearly an issue with this branch and not chase in general. Not sure why this location hasn’t addressed this issue after multiple reviews stating the same problems, seems like an easy fix to me.
