Went in person 10+ times to fix a fraudulent charge, closed my account and all cards, still getting the fraud charges. Time for lawyer. At 1370 per month, this issue is not a joke.

This branch and its manager are crooks. I don't trust them and don't believe in them. I had the worst customer experience of my life there, they made financial mistakes, insulted me, spoke down to me, and lost my business forever. Don't go to this branch.

Chase phone customer support is the WORST group of people I’ve ever dealt with, so I walked into this location in a panic. Laura and Armando handled everything with such kindness! They did an excellent job of assisting me and doing it in a rush since I’m on my way to the airport. Thank you both tremendously!!!

One of my favorite Chase branches in Denver. Everyone I met from the teller to the personal bankers, to the notary public are energetic, efficient and knowledgable. They have always find the best solution for my needs. I have alway been able to walk in, take care of my business without long waits, and walk out within 15 minutes. It so rare and convenient to have free dedicated parking spot for bank customers in the middle of Cherry Creek, right next to the bank.

So, Kristina’s review is grossly inaccurate and makes me believe that she has a personal vendetta against Chase. And it actually wouldn’t surprise me to learn that her name is actually Karen. I’ve worked and banked with Chase. I am personally quite familiar with this branch and can tell you with certainty that they have more money than she and any subsequent lineage will see in their lifetime. I frequent this location and regularly get change orders for laundry quarters. The staff are always courteous and friendly and as accommodating as possible, considering the insane number of patrons who walk through their doors wearing their entitlement like a rusted badge of honor. This location services a large portion of the wealthy residents of Cherry Creek. And many of their regulars, including myself will tell you that this location is far more than meets the eye. So for Kristina to make such ludicrous claims is both laughable and embarrassing for her.

This location is a virtual bank, there's not one cent here. I tried to break a 20 for coins for the meter, and they told me that they don't have any money. It's essentially a whole building that only does what an app can do. They take up the whole entire block with there "chase member" parking spots, while there's another Chase bank not even a block away. The workers there are rude, and the service is so bizarre.

Would definitely avoid this bank and use any of the other banks in the neighborhood. Will convince you to open an account with bonuses that don't materialize. When you try to follow up they won't respond to emails. Apparently I put the money in the wrong account and they closed the other one without even telling me. Still awaiting a call back from a manager.

Came in as an existing account holder with no one willing to help me with a quick issue that would have taken 2 minutes to resolve. There was no one else in the bank, there were 2 bankers, it was bizarre. I think this may be the first 1 star review I’ve ever written. If I could give zero- I would.
