ATM at the front not only doesn't work reliably but will freeze causing whatever card is inside to be destroyed. Branch staff was not able to assist. Would avoid if possible

This piece of sh** branch looks like something straight out of Seattle. And you can't access their atm outside of banking hours because their doors are broken and the card reader to access the atm vestibule doesn't work. This branch bears the Chase brand but it sure feels like a Bank of America.

Would not recommend this location. Paid parking. Management is not familiar with accurate processes and procedures. I went for a simple name change and it took over an hour. Leaving I thought it was taken care of online and a package for cards was in progress. Turns out there’s no such thing as a package for name change and my online account wasn’t updated.
