I guess I’m not saying anything that a 1.9 star score doesn’t already tell you. But this is hands down the worst chase location. From the rude and incompetent staff to constant ATM issues. Other locations have it way more together.

The economy is very bad and people are suffering. I get my check from my job and they bank through chase bank. I come to get my check cashed at the place my owner does business with and you charge $10 FOR NOTHING. i will never ever use chase bank or anything to do with them. Worthless rich thieves

Grabriela is super unprofessional and rude. Since the moment I got there she refused to help me open another account when I had already scheduled an appointment a week before.
