Tellers are rude, ATMs are broken more often than not. This branch is in a difficult location (so two stars vs. one) but the staff could at least try. Go to another branch - the location at Kent place is very helpful along with the location at Alameda and Broadway. Great financial institution, poor hiring practices at this... read full comment

This is for the delightful young man with the blonde hair and glasses at this location on Thursday afternoons, working with Savanah (also delightful)- thanks for such a pleasant experience! He should get a raise!
