Customer service at this branch is completely gone. All employees standing around gossiping very young and unprofessional very disappointed as a business account holder.

This branch in particular offers really horrible customer service. It’s not typical of Chase and I find it surprising. The branch manager does not seem to care about customer concerns. I haven’t had one friendly encounter here and it’s the closest branch to me.

They deserved zero stars, they have their own policies separated from JPMorgan group, love chase bank but this branch is garbage
