You guys need to update the hours your open on this. A large amount of customers show up here on Saturdays thinking you’re open because this says so. C’mon!

I used to like coming here but they changed their hours and now I bank in person less. I got here too early for an opening and too late after closing. It is like they are forcing you to go online. Also there was an issue where I deposited cash money into my savings on a day the system went out. I noticed it wasn't up two weeks later so I called. They fixed it but I had double the deposit in my account for months which is equally bad.

Best bank I've ever dealt with. They know my name and chat with me. The broker is just as nice.

Do not keep your money at a Chase bank. Holds for checks are ten days. Also, the lady manager there gives you the run around. The tellers are nice.

If you like European disdainful, passive aggressive service, this is the place for you! I wanted to open a direct deposit account for my Social Security but the teller wouldn't even give me 20s for a couple of hundred dollar bills which I suppose she may have condescended to give me had I opened an account first but I was already out the door.

The credit card division is horrible. The worst policies and procedures I've seen, bordering on outright fraud (or perhaps just gross incompetence). It took me nearly 2 hours to cancel a credit card, they made me go up the phone "tree" of customer service 7 levels. Now I continue to receive monthly statements with interest, past due payments, nothing concrete that they could explain. When I called back and went up another 6 levels, I was told "We don't know how you are getting charges on a closed account" They also had no idea what to do about it unless I wanted to "HOLD" for the 7th level up in "customer service". 4 months later I'm still receiving monthly statements. Mine was a Southwest Airlines Chase card. If you need a credit card go somewhere else to get one.

I have been in there 3 times to simply put a beneficiary on my account. Every weekend I go, the same lady tells me she has an appointment & I have to schedule online. I finally wised up the 3rd time and went straight to the teller, who then ask that rude young lady to help me. She really should not be greeting customers.

Unfortunately I usually have an easy time at this branch and have reccomended then in the past however today I seemed to have gotten their hours confused and was spoke to extremely rudely by two of their employees. It seems after hours all manners go out the window and after reading the other reviews it seems I am not thr only one to have this experience, which is pretty pathetic considering these are all middle aged employees, time to grow up kids.

At least one ATM is always broken and the other customers at this location are super ratchet. Wish I lived near a better option.
