This is one of the most disgusting places to get any hvac products from. U may find heroin needles in ur product. Ur product may also be contaminated with fentanyl as the employees are smoking fentanyl all throughout the warehouse, falling asleep, picking their face. And spitting throughout the ware house. Good way to get ur whole family sick !! No unit is safe! U will be at risk. This is meth found in the bathroom. And acknowledged by the employees!! And as u can tell if u read the company’s response below they DO NOT deny the fact. Protect yourself and who u care about. By avoiding this negligence.

In response to AI..I've worked at this company for 4 years and have never witnessed or heard anything like this. Working closely with these 2 individuals has only made me respect them more. The inclusion between all departments and coworkers has always been of the upmost importance. We are a team, all working together in every aspect from ground up. All employees are fellow owners and are treated as so. Leadership has always been respectful, understanding, and kind to me and the coworkers I am close to.

I have worked at CD Jones for 20 Years, and I have never seen anything like what has been described here. Our Management team has worked hard to have an inclusive environment, and I have never seen any discriminatory practices at the Jones Company. I hope that this can be brought out and repaired, that's what we would want. Royce was a Great Caring owner, but so is our Current leadership that has only gone on to grow our company and our offering exponentially.

Zero!!! The GM and his right hand man Ben are racist and operate with no integrity for their customers or employees. It has been brought to their attention numerous times about the operations that some employees are doing that they should not be like doing other departments jobs so they can try to get bonuses they steal work. They GM and a couple others have been turned into the state more than once and still they will not operate under the companies own rules. Royce was a great manager and when he left these guy's inherited their positions and are terrible at there job! No morals GM operates like a thug! But he is still there even after being turned in to the state more than once! Might think about going elsewhere until resolved. Maybe Ron of KS may finally do something about this problem in Denver but I suppose he is mad too since they were turned in! They mess with employees pay too if they don't like you.
