I have ordered from CB2 for over 6 years now. My home and small business both have many items from here. I recently had a delivery experience that will more than likely stop any future purchases. The delivery company they use now is awful. No communication, the tracking is way off, and they just leave your item where they see fit. I reserved the loading dock, I made sure my pet was out of the way, I took time out of my schedule to be home and ready. All to have them leave a very oversized item in the basement of my building without a way to carry it up. I spent $150 delivery fee to have them not even deliver the item in the proper location.
The Glympse virtual tracker is super low budget and doesn’t give accurate locations or timing. For how much the items are here I’d expect something a little more professional.
CB2s quality and customer service has gone way downhill. I called customer care and was put on hold 2 times for 30 minutes and hung up on waiting to speak to someone.
Update: they retrieved the item from my apartment building without my authorization.
The item is bought and paid for and they took it back. Wow !

Lost the hardware to our bedframe in a move. Contacted CB2 to get replacement hardware. They treated a bag of bolts like a national security secret and flat out REFUSED to tell me if they even had the hardware available even though they are still selling the bedframe bc I couldn’t find the order number. Finally found the order number and got them to send the bolts out (2-3 business days) after another hour on the phone confirming all my information and new address, but they wouldn’t give me tracking information. Called 3 days later and was told the shipment was cancelled. Spent another hour re-verifying all information because previous tech put down all (literally ALL) our information incorrectly. Was told 2-3 more business days. 5 days later it still hasn’t arrived. Called back today to be told our order was cancelled. We haven’t received a SINGLE call or email this entire time. Not a SINGLE person we have spoken to resides within the U.S. and understands what we are explaining causing a massive waste of time. This business does NOT care about you. Do NOT shop here.

Mike was absolutely lovely! He greeted my husband and me when we first walked in and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was never pushy, but always nearby if we had a question!

2 years into owning a sofa from cb2, the back started bending, was not able to support weight of just sitting and leaning back. This was from just regular sitting on the sofa, no incident or damage caused. Support basically just said I was SOL, because it was past 30 days, despite this being a fairly new sofa. Wouldn’t even take my money to help repair. Buyer beware, not acting in good faith for an expensive purchase and the products are clearly becoming more cheaply made.

Zero quality control check with this company now. We had good experiences in the past, but not anymore. They have delivered FIVE broken tables to our house. And, we aren’t buying cheap items. One of the delivery drivers even picked a fight with us and told me to come out and fight him on my front lawn. Will never order anything from this company again. Absolute nightmare.

Can’t believe I never been here. A lot of modern furniture and housewares at a reasonable price. Staff was helpful, but there is a lot online that is not in the store to see. It’s worth checking out though.

I love CB2 furniture, but the service at this location is consistently subpar. The workers in the store are inflexible, and often condescending / rude in their interactions. Given the price of the furniture, I would hope that they would dedicate more time /energy to providing a great customer experience, like their sister store Crate & Barrel. T

Sold us items online that they didn’t have - and we wouldn’t have bought the in stock items if we’d known the others would never materialize. Still haven’t refunded us for the “just kidding” items, even though that was last week. Can’t be bothered to sort anything out whether it’s a real person at a store, or customer service on the phone, or through text. Warehouse has given us locations in two different states and three different dates that the in stock items might be ready, and everyone insists the others are wrong.I hate doing other people’s jobs, especially when I’m just trying to give them money for goods. We have now spent over four hours of our lives on phone calls just trying to get the things we paid for and it looks like we’re going to have to make a trip out of state just to pick them up, and they still can’t actually guarantee they’ll be there on the reserved date. If I had known this was an imploding poorly-managed company, I would never have given them a moment of my time, or a cent of my money. Maybe you can benefit from our misfortune by avoiding it all.

We are big fans of CB2 as a brand, we have purchased multiple items that we are very happy with, we went to this store on sunday evening with a decision to purchase two mugs that we had researched on before entering into the store, considered we went to the store before 30 mins of their closing, me and my friend discussed on how many mugs to purchased, made our purchased and were going to head out of the store however we decided to get a real quick look around the store for couch, both of me and my friend liked one of the couch and were heading close to grabbing the name of the couch so we can come back and put in an order since we are looking to make a couch purchase in next 6 months, before i could grab the name, this bob cut blonde hair lady basically yelled at us saying “common guys, we need to close up” with still 6 mins sparing!! as much as I felt bad for coming in late, which we apologized to the lady at cash register while paying for mugs, i donot at all appreciate to be yelled at in a store while there are still few mins to closing, again i understand that it is inconvenient for them to have us around when they are closing in few, however this made us so uncomfortable to the point that it would be extremely awkward for us to ever step back into this store. For a store like CB2, we expect at the very least politeness which this lady at the store didnt seem to care about as much. Left a really sour taste for the brand from this experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Their inventory is never up to date in their system. I have ordered two pieces that say “in stock” and are actually not in stock. MONTHS GO BY WITH EXCUSES/ different stories. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH LACK OF COMPASSION DUE TO CONSTANT MESS UP’s ON THEIR END!!!!!!

Came in with my fiancé and walked around the entire store. Nobody acknowledge or greeted us except for one lady— the young girl at the register area and older gentleman both looked at us and said nothing. Terrible customer service and I truly felt unwelcome. I was looking to purchase a sofa, but I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

In general, I have had excellent customer service at the CB2 in Cherry Creek. I recently placed an order with Tom, and he was fantastic - kind, helpful, and very accommodating. I had placed an order for pickup and we had discussed that if a portion of the order did not come in in time (I live in a neighbouring state with no CB2, and was planning to drive to Denver on a particular date and hoping that both items would come in in time) that we could either arrange for the other portion of the order to be shipped or cancel the order. The reason I had done this instead of shipping it all to begin with is to reduce the shipping cost on an item of furniture by several hundred dollars.Unfortunately, one part of the order didn't come in in time, so I just called to follow up on shipping/cancelling that part. When I called, I got a woman named Ariel, who was very blasé and her customer service was poor. When I asked which option she thought was best she said "I mean whatever you want to do". I then ended up just cancelling the order because she was so unhelpful.I would consider asking for specific customer service agents at this location if considering shopping here. The furniture is very expensive to be getting a "whatever" when you speak to someone. Again, however, Tom is fantastic.
