Ended up having to go to IRS office after using Cazares tax service. IRS never received my electronic file after paying Flor for services. Numerous unanswered calls and texts, very unprofessional. Do not use this service, would not recommend.

We got there 30 minutes before close. There was no where to sign up and its walk In service. We followed her instructions from previous years to get as much refund as possible. She argued with me about my w4. When I clearly know what i put as dependents. She said she was the professional and she knew everything and that I was lying. She tried to tell me off on my W4 through my employee service and since it didn’t work out she started making stuff up about the W4 being different for the state and federal. Never going back here I understand we came late but we didn’t have another choice she could have said no rather than providing a bad experience. She charges $180 btw. Would not recommend to anyone.

Yo hize mis taxes con Flor Cazares en Junio de este año y elle me iba ser mis taxes del 2015 y 2016 y mandar por mi numero de ITIN y le page 1,100 por mis dos años de taxes y por los servicios de ella. Dos meses que hablo al IRS porque no me llegaba mi numero de ITIN me di cuenta que ella nunca mando nada al IRS. Ya tengo dos meses hablando y buscandola en su oficina para que me regrese mi dinero y ella se me esconde. Porfavor si piensa aser sus taxes con ella no lo haga FLOR CAZARES ES UNA VIEJA RATA QUE LE ROBA A LA GENTE INDOCUMENTADA Y AL QUE SE DEJE!!!! ---------------------------- I did my taxes with Flor Cazares in June of this year she was suppose to do my 2015 and 2016 taxes and get me my ITIN number she charged me all together $1,100 that was suppose to pay my two years of taxes and her service. Come to find out 2 months later that she never send my taxes to IRS and never send a request for my ITIN number and I have been calling her for the past two months to get my money back and she will not answer my calls. She stole my money so be very careful if your thinking about doing your taxes with her!!!!!!
