Wonderful experience. Carvana’s process was seamless. They made me a good offer to buy my car. I completed the paperwork all online. I was in and out for the appointment in about 40 minutes (It was Saturday so they were very busy) with check in hand. Fast and easy! A+++

Sold my Car to Carvana - I submitted the information they asked for about my car and they made me an offer. when I arrived at the drop off location they verified the information I submitted, checked my vehicle and presented me with a check in the amount they offered - was very easy.

Very smooth experience getting approved for the car. Delivery was also very smooth. I did notice additional dings and scratches on the car during my 7 days. However, not enough to warrant returning the car. The car also makes a loud noise when I turn right which is likely a wheel baring. Carvana said Toyota will fix it up to 60k miles so I kept the car and will take it in. If it is not fixed this way, I will change my review of Carvana.

Edited: I had my car appraised at a dealership in California where the car was actually originally sold from they appraised it for $4,000 I owe $16,000 total on this vehicle with carvana not including insurance not including the upkeep not including the repairs that I just went through I have put in over a potential amount of money it could have cost me had I not learned how to do it myself. Or have someone else do it professionally. Or how the dealership repair my car and and diagnose it for me. $1,500 for wheel bearings not that's just a rear the front ones need to be replaced too something else is going on it it appears the O2 sensor is faulty on my car right now so that is a nice chunk of money originally appraised at the dealership we should find out. Carvana should settle this car and give me this car because I put in more money than the car is actually worth totaled and repairs and labor because that's what I would charge carvana $5,000 for repairs plus some not including the transmission that is going out on. $7,000I bought a car from carvanna in Colorado. It was a California car. I ended up keeping it, but even through that first initial 7 days I heard that cv axle click. I had it inspected and oil changed but mechanics these days aren't trying to make it right . Don't trust the 150 inspection. People over look things. Go to a dealership of the car and get it inspected thoroughly. Tell them where you are buying it from.I only have driven it 30k. I'm pretty good to my cars. I have had the axle replaced on my dime twice. The transmission started having issues and thankfully I took the car to California where they found a warranty to replace the part in the transmission. Now the rear bearings are out. The dealership asked me if it sat for long periods of time.It could have. It wasn't in my care. The rear bearings should not be going out this early in the car life. The car was never serviced prior to me getting it. Because I want it to out last the loan I'm having to make these major repairs on it out of my pocket.Don't buy from Carvanna. Don't buy anything from them.I've serviced my car regularly. But I'm starting to see that this car is about to die soon and I still owe 16k.Just don't buy from them. Save yourself the head ache of being upside down on a death trap and go somewhere else to buy a car. Save your money for a new car with warranties.

Went online. They offered a very aggressive price so I stopped by and the person said sorry book an appointment come another time we’re busy. Not a single person was there. And the email said nothing about booking online. Strange way to run a business.

Love the car. Had to replace my '15 GTI after getting t-boned & found exactly what I was looking for in an '18 SE trim. Picked it up at the tower here in Denver, took my daughter with me so she could drop in the coin & watch the vendor get the car & bring it down. It was good fun & the associates were very friendly. Only issue I had was when I got it home & opened the hood, it had not been cleaned & was absolutely filthy. Maybe it seems a little nit picky, but I'm paying north of $20k for a car, I would think the entire car would be cleaned before delivery. Other than that everything is great & I am very pleased with the car.

Couldn't have been an easier process.Got the paperwork done online and after a quick 5 minute inspection of the car, I was on my way. Also, got $800 more for the car than CarMax had offered me and $1000 more than the dealerships I went to. Obviously get bids from numerous buyers, but from my experience, you can't beat Carvana.

Easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. The total time spent on the transaction was probably less than 2 hours. The vending experience is a must especially if you have kids. Speaking of kids, having three young kids, a traditional dealership was out of the question but with Carvana it is possible to purchase a vehicle without pulling your hair out. The whole process was smooth and when we did have questions it was easy to call and speak to a person. We had to drive 2 hours south to pick up our vehicle and we were late for our appointment but it wasn’t an issue. Definitely recommend.

The actual drop-off and payment experience was quick, friendly, flawless. I was not happy when I had to resubmit the photos and odometer information (after driving about 40 miles from the original odometer report) but still within the original deal window, and the offer was decreased by $500! I didn't object or make a big deal about it because the final sale price was still good, but I was put off by the price drop...still within the window of the original offer!

SCUMBAGS!! I’m using the ChargePoint charge which is ON MY APP AS FREE and they decide to call the police and LIE and say “I saw them hit a glass pipe” when I was napping while charging my car. Never done a drug in my life. Your scumbags. Also, don’t buy a vehicle from here as the black male who works in the morning starts the cars and pushes the engines as hard as he can doing 60 in the parking lot skidding around corners while moving vehicles to sell to customers. You guys are a JOKE. Funny the police were on our side right? DUMMIES. Maybe I hang out and confront y’all when you head home and ask why your blatantly LYING to the police on my name

The only easy part is viewing the car on your phone. Once you start the purchase, it’s a mess. One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Very responsive customer service until you purchase the car and then, once the ball is in their court, be prepared for delays. Had a very good rate set-up for a loan with my credit union, but Carvana wouldn’t do business with them, so I had to take their loan which had interest twice as high. Intended to refinance through credit union, but Carvana delayed sending the car for over a month. In the meantime, I had to rent cars to commute, which only added to the cost. They finally dropped off the car as I was heading to the airport. I was gone the entire trial period, so once I returned and had a chance to test the car, it was too late to return or dispute. It took them additional months to get their paperwork filed with the DMV. Once that was sorted, it was too late to refinance with the original deal. By then interest rates had climbed and I wasn’t able to do much better. 100% will not use this service again.
