The quality of the beef is beyond expectations. You will taste the difference immediately. The depth of flavor and marbeling is obvious and pronounced. If you love beef and care about the way it's farmed then look no further. And I LOVE the box and how I receive different cuts every month. It forces me to learn a new technique and to appreciate all the different options available to me. I highly recommend Carter County. I guarantee satisfaction.

Succulent, meat got home very frozen and well protected. When cook was delicious was so long I didn't eat a good beef.

You can see the meat nutrient rich. I had a deep red color to it and very little fat content. The taste is delicious!! The meat that I’ve been buying from the store tastes different almost fake. So glad I found CC Meats and I’ll be a customer for life!

We live in LA and only eat Carter Country Beef. We have tested it side by side with other ground beef out here and it’s so much better. We also appreciate the sustainable farming approach to how this beef is raised. We can’t wait to get out box every month. ?

The oxtails were good, just enough for one person. The heart was very good, I never had it before, I see it is sold out same as the oxtails today. The liver was very good also. I will be cooking the stew meat later today.

Hands down, THE BEST beef around. Have shopped around, and have very rigid prerequisites. Carter Country Meat, checks all he boxes and is second to none in flavor and just all around deliciousness. So grateful to have found them. Can't imagine ordering from anywhere else

I ordered a few weeks ago and the box arrived intact and contents were still frozen. Not bad considering it was in the 90’s where I live. Appearance is what I noticed first. Simply beautiful cuts. I thawed the ground beef and had a couple smash burgers with tillamook sharp cheddar and an egg. The best burger ever. So damn delicious

My favorite place to purchase beef! The quality is unmatched and delivery has been so reliable and quick. They pack it so well that even if it was delivered while I wasn’t home and sits on the porch a few hours its still ice cold and even still fully frozen in most cases. I only wish they sold other kinds of meat and poultry so I could give them more of my business.

I started to question the amount of chemicals being used in our meats and vegetables and the effects it might have on our family of 4. The Carters were kind enough to answer a bunch of questions I had about their animals, they shared about their family and their commitment to our world. I bought my first 20lb box and quickly found out they were smashing through it. I’m on repeating boxes now so I get an email typically Sunday the box ships Monday from Wyoming and I have it Wednesday in California.

Excellent grass fed and finished beef products. The big horn box was packaged nicely and arrived still frozen. The first few cuts have meat have been too quality. We will NEVER buy from a market again.

We got the big horn 10lb box. My only gripe is that they do not “marry” up the meat. I have a few singles types of meat, for example: I have a single filet mignon. I would have paid extra to make sure that the meat comes at least in pairs. Most people at least cook for 2. This turned me off from ordering a “grab bag” of meat from them

By far the best tasting beef I’ve ever had not even a close second. I’d rather have some of their ground beef seared on both sides with salt and pepper than a ribeye from a steak house. You’ve never tasted beef like this. In a world where almost everything is BS Carter Country is the TRUTH!
