The only good thing there is the kitchen, everything else is terrible, from the staff to the products, the sweets on the counter are all old and hard, it's not the first time it's happened to me, it's the third time and if I wanted to give them a second and third chance that maybe they missed changing the sweets but in 2 months in 3 different rounds of sweets they have been hard and old, in addition to the fact that their prices on everything else are high and the cashiers are not friendly at all.

The food was really good and the tamales were especially good. Reasonably priced too! Not easy to find really good tamales!

Not to long ago I went to buy the round orange cheese they have in the fridge. I got the first one I saw I didn't take a look at it. I just put it on the basket, went to the cashier to pay. I got home and I was putting my groceries away when I saw the cheese had mold all over it. I went back to the store to return it. I can't believe they sell stuff like this. And same as the meat I got some carne asada and it smell once I got home about to make it on the grill.

They care for their community. Case in point: the vaccination bus in the parking lot every so often here. Mi raza!

The employee or whatever she is was SO rude! We did not see the sign saying that pets were not allowed and I had my 8 week old puppy inside of my sweater while I got some things I needed (I obviously cannot leave him in the car being so small- he can get hurt). We got to the cash register to pay and my puppy stuck out his head (mind you, he is a hypoallergenic toy Bichon Poodle) and she said with an attitude in Spanish, “No puede tener el perro aqui” (“you cannot have your dog in here”). The cashier that was helping us apologized and that rude woman said “nimodo “ (“oh well”). Sadly to say, Hispanic people do not have common courtesy (I am Mexican, so I know). There’s ways to tell your customers without being so condescending and belittling that person. Why can’t she just wait for us to leave to make that rude comment like a normal person!!!!!! In this growing world, it’s sad that they are not up to speed with other retail stores that allow you to have your pets in the store, especially if they are service dogs. Pets are just like a child (if not better behaved, I dare say- I have a 5 year old). There’s many families that have no children and their pets are their children. If they don’t get up to speed or at least learn some common courtesy they will lose many customers. I hope she gets better trained on customer service skills.
