I will only come here in the future for any more vehicle purchases. They had a huge stock of vehicles and they were able to place me in a 2023 Toyota Corolla with only 6k miles. I was pleased all around with the service.

CarMax made this the easiest cay buying experience in my life. The advantage of quick check out was just the express. I don’t think I have ever purchased a car in 1/2 hour. Friendly and very accommodating.

I had two separate experiences with Carmax. One was horrible and the second could not have been better. Went to Parker location to look at a car. Really liked the car and had a buyers agreement written to take to our bank. Bank would not accept the agreement without county taxes listed. Tried to get the seller to add Adams County taxes and we were told they could not do that. It was against the "law". They could not figure out any way for us to buy the car. Funny...the only thing you are in business for is to sell cars and you can't figure out how to sell one to someone who doesn't live in the country you do business. Makes for a smaller group. The group at Parker was frustrating and difficult. I then found out I could have the car transferred to another location. I figured it out. No help from this location. It was moved to Federal Heights location and the story changes. We had Jason as our sales person and he couldn't have been more helpful. We got a new buyers agreement and went to the bank. Got our loan and back to dealership. Had our car that afternoon. Seems so simple. I had decided I would never go to Carmax again and I would tell anyone that asked how inept this dealership was but then I found Jason and sales manager Casey. Totally changed my view. People matter. I will now send anyone that asks about my purchase to go to Federal Heights and ask for these two gentlemen. Great experience. Happy with car.

Great experience selling a vehicle here. It was easy to make an appointment online. Someone greeted me and got me checked in almost immediately and they began appraising my vehicle within ten minutes of my arrival. They gave me a very fair offer that was consistent with the blue book value. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful and I got an appraisal, offer, sold my vehicle, and was on my way home within an hour and a half of arriving. I would definitely come here for future selling/purchasing needs just based on how smooth and low pressure the entire experience was and how helpful everyone was. I didn’t come in with any expectations and I left really impressed with how easy and smooth they made everything. Great team!

If I could give a zero star I would. The salesman was no help he had no answer to our question had to google everything which I could have done myself. When I said wanted to move forward with purchasing the car and wanted to know what payments would look like he wanted to do a hard pull on my credit right away when I told him no I wanted to just see what the numbers would look like at just a standard interest rate he was not able to do that for me (which I have never had happen while purchasing a vehicle). Once I did decide to move forward and was approved I was only given the finance option of CarMax financial at a ridiculous interest rate. When I asked to see what the other financial institution were offering me the salesman told me that the reason I was offered CarMax financial was because they were the only ones willing to finance me and my credit score is well above a 780

Worst service department, incompetent and clearly do not know how to test for slipping clutch. I mentioned three different times about slipping clutch and they cleared it every time, now I’m stuck doing the job myself because I don’t trust incompetent mechanics.

Overall great experience. Straight forward, fair pricing and generous trade-in compared to the competitors. Great communication throughout the process of getting vehicle to the store. Ample time to check out the vehicle. Easy online features to prepare for a purchase. And a nice old school touch of a full tank of gas after your purchase. I’m very impressed with this company.

This had to be one of the worst experiences we've had. We we're told our car would be ready to pick up after inspection. Unfortunately some one on carmaxs end didn't sign a title so they wanted us to wait to pick the car up 2 weeks later. They continued to make up excuses being very unprofessional. They don't seem like they want to actually make sales. We were ready to buy the same day and they couldn't make the sale. Very disappointing, since my mother had such a great experience buying her car from this place.
