I see so much food wasted because your vending prices are way too high!!!!! Come on 3.23 for one cookie 8$ for a sandwich 5 bucks for 2 slices of cheese with one slice of salami really!!!! Do better lower your prices

Observed Behavior:
This report details a witnessed incident of aggressive driving by a delivery driver. The driver was operating a box truck belonging to canteen / myavenuce. Their driving behavior displayed a reckless disregard for the safety of themselves and others.
Weaving in and out of traffic: The driver repeatedly weaved between lanes of traffic without using turn signals and with minimal regard for safe following distances.
Speeding: The driver noticeably exceeded the speed limit, creating a dangerous situation for surrounding vehicles. Driver was also not wearing a seat belt!
This behavior posed a significant risk to the safety of myself and other motorists on the road. Aggressive driving can have severe consequences, and it is important to report such incidents to deter future occurrences.
Action Requested:
I urge canteen to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of their drivers and the public. This may include driver retraining or disciplinary measures.

Do not buy anything from a vending machine provided from Canteen. They use badly designed machines and they refuse to give refunds. There machines are out of order a lot of the time and they don't care to solve their problems.

they don' t service their machines. we have a vending machine in our office building and it gets filled maybe once a month if even that often but most of the time it is empty,, Not even worth having in the building.

Bought a garden salad and found it to be rotting when I opened it up. Over priced, almost $10 for a chickpea curry wrap with maybe 5 chickpeas in it, tried the Greek wrap and bit into an olive pit.

I have Canteen servicing two of my commercial properties. We've been working with them now for a year, if not longer. In the beginning it was smooth sailing and customer service was great. That lasted about 3-4 months. We were "sold" a product that we were told after installation they could not provide us with the beverages we had the vending machine installed for in the first place. This has not been remedied. Since then, we continuously have issues with cc readers and machine malfunctions that go unattended to by Canteen and their service techs. We have emails requesting service and assistance that we do not get responses on without sending multiple follow up emails. Our machines do not get filled until they are nearly completely empty (snack and beverage). It's horrible..

Incredibly toxic work environment. Company itself is good to work for but management is conniving and untrustworthy. I would not recommend working here.

Trash. Absolute trash. Worked there briefly while I waited on another job. TRENT the "supposed boss" still has NOT paid me for 2 weeks worth of hours and it has been a month. Horrible communication as well as they promise to "pay you on time" but I have yet to see any of my money, they also told me specific days I would get paid... still have NOT! They seem to use Bluecrew so THEY don't have to pay there own workers. CODY a new horribly trained supervisor is a liar, but at least he's nice. I was assured through him that I would have continued work with the company until April 12th, the next day I was told I no longer have the job?! Goofy company, goofier management and leaders(besides Silas the AM Lead). Do NOT work here, also I will be contacting the company DAILY until I get the money I worked for!! THANKS CANTEEN

We have a machine from canteen at my place of employment and it is constantly having errors and we have made several calls into their support line with little to no avail. Over all TERIBLE customer support and service.

I would give zero stars, I worked for this company and they stole 32 hrs of pay from me. I'm a veteran with a disabled son. I expressed that I did not want to work for them at the end of my last shift. I called several times to be bounced around by Doug and Lea. The owe me money. More to come on other standards they keep in this place.
