Was an unfortunate victim of an accident where the driver at fault carried The General insurance. We had difficulty finding a reputable body shop that would accept his insurance to repair our vehicle and feel lucky I was able to find this shop online and read their reviews. Not only was the process extremely simple with this particular Caliber Collision but the repair was completed ahead of schedule and we were able to get our car back prior to our holiday travels. Rudy was great at keeping me updated on the status of the repair and I knew I was in good hands the moment I began receiving the continuous updates. Hope I never have to use them again but, if I do, this is the place I am going to call!

Wanted to leave a review for the help from Ernestine, Joshua, and Rudy. They were all very helpful with the estimate for repairs, and scheduling.Had the repairs originally scheduled for next Wednesday but work trip was moved so I won't be here for a Week. They moved up to tomorrow for me to drop off prior to leaving which was a huge help, otherwise I would've had to wait several weeks with Holidays. Rudy, the service advisor, was also very efficient and helpful with initial estimates and sending to my Insurance. Car troubles are always a pain, and teams like this are hard to find. I would highly recommend them.

For starters, one of the pieces of trim that they replaced was not put on properly. It was popping off when they gave me my car back and I had to come back two additional times because the first time they ignored me asking them to fix it. They also put my roof rack on backwards which just caused a lot of wind drag on my car and I had to fix that myself even though they took it off to fix my car. Finally, I just discovered that they lost the key to my wheel locks. The car was less than a year old when I bought it from the dealership and had to take it here for repairs. To this day, they were the only ones to take a wheel off and now the wheel lock key is missing. So it was really all around poor attention to detail and custom service.

So, I’m adding a second star because the regional manager is working on this. For anyone in the industry, please respond with what you would do in this situation. This picture is in the shade. It is worse in the sun. Unfortunately, the local shop manager approved this leaving his shop. I declined. I am pretty old and unfortunately have had many accidents and many vehicles, including someone hitting me on this side and having repairs just a few months ago (that paint job was impeccable). This time I went with a shop through my insurance. If you are a painter or body shop experienced person, let me know what I should do to keep the best possible resale value of my vehicle. I am really disappointed. It’s a 2020 Nissan Murano. Btw, I’ve gone to other caliber locations and had amazing work done. This is just very unfortunate.

Did a perfect job and finished 2 weeks earlier than promised. Still took almost 2 mos, though, due to the current typical reasons - short staffed, parts availability, etc. Kept me updated via text throughout the entire process. Excellent experience. I highly recommend!

Joshua is an excellent manager that will get your car back on the road! His entire team at Caliber made my car repair as seamless as possible! I received excellent communication from their office about the entire repair process and they even got my car returned to me 3 weeks before the estimated return date! If ever I’m in need of another repair for my car, I know where I will be taking it. The peace of mind I had from knowing everyone at Caliber was taking care of my car is worth every penny!

I recently was in a fender bender and took my car into Caliber Collision for the repairs. I hadn't used them previously but was extremely impressed with the team and the quality of work that they did. Their communication was great and always kept me informed on the status of the repairs. Although there were some delays due to parts being on backorder they still managed to get the repairs done ahead of schedule. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

I was trying to call to make a repair appointment and tried 4 separate times - the call just rang and rang and would disconnect after several minutes with no option to leave a voicemail. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and unnecessarily frustrating. I understand if businesses are busy and need to get back to folks, but to not even give the option is absurd.Additionally, I was able to talk to someone a few weeks prior to gather information before deciding on a shop and I was told that they can’t order parts after the estimate is done and I have to leave my car there the entire time, EVEN if it takes weeks and months for parts to come in and they can’t do anything in the interim on my drivable car. Insurance only pays for 30 days of a rental *if* you have that so they’re basically saying they don’t car if you’re car-less.I bet they keep the cars so they can charge daily storage fees to insurance companies, because there is *0* reason that they would need to hold on to a drivable car while simply waiting for parts. I used to work in auto claims in Oregon for an insurance company and every single shop, including Caliber Collision there as they were a network shop for the ins company I worked for, would allow estimates and then for the car to be taken home until parts came in.I wanted to go here because of the good reviews but wow what a terrible experience so far and I haven’t even brought my car in yet. I’m unfortunately going to have to go somewhere else.

The team at this Caliber location was amazing to work with - especially Rudy! It was difficult having unexpected delays in the parts that impacted my repair time, but they were always so kind and courteous and communicative. They really soothed what would have been an otherwise frustrating situation. And, of course, the repairs were excellent and the car looks great again!
