Cadence at Union Station is a premier community of luxury apartments in Denver's LoDo neighborhood, placing residents steps from downtown shopping, dining, nightlife, and transit. The apartments feature modern interiors, concrete ceilings and floors, and insulated walls for quiet and privacy. Units have chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances, soaking tubs, big windows, and big walk-in closets. The amenities are fantastic and for true luxury living. The building offers a resort-style pool and BBQ grilling on the rooftop, a fitness center, a game room, and a resident sky lounge with a full kitchen overlooking Union Station, which can be reserved for private events. There is secure garage parking and a convenient package service. The location is unbeatable and absolutely wonderful, right near Union Station, across from Whole Foods Market, and between the walkable LoDo and LoHi neighborhoods. It is a very fitness-forward area with parks and trails. Some note the central location can be noisy and the neighborhood not the cleanest at times, but many residents report never feeling unsafe. The leasing and management team is fantastic, amazing, super friendly, and super helpful. They are communicative, super responsive, and go above and beyond, making residents feel welcome, taken care of, and at home. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and with great communication. The community is pet friendly, offering unbeatable convenience and comfort in the heart of Denver.
I don't live at Cadence. I do live in another property owned by the same company. We rented a space at Cadence for a party, and I have to say, what an absolute delight in doing so. Their staff was amazing and super helpful!

I lived there for a year and loved it. The walls, floors and windows are totally soundproof. Great community
