Cabinets to Go, Denver is absolutely phenomenal! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They know their product and can design for any space. They readily give on the phone assistance for any question. I highly recommend this store and it's employees.

A short while ago I commented that I had had a difficult experience with C2G. To make a long story short, after getting no help from the store location, and no satisfaction from the first Corporate "customer service" person that I contacted, I was able to finally get in contact with someone higher up at C2G. Her title was "Customer Care 2". She could not have been more helpful, navigating with me thru a few hiccups, and solved our situation to my absolute satisfaction. Morale of the story ... there are some very helpful people at C2G, so don't give up on getting a satisfactory solution to any problem that you have, just keep calling until you get thru the first levels of folks and get to a person with the authority and desire to help you!

I regret not reading the reviews prior to my purchase. I was given a quote with a design that I wanted. I agreed on a price to pay for the design. They forgot to add a cabinet to the quote. I noticed after receiving the cabinets. They would not make any accommodations to help. I’m filing a BBB complaint because based on the other reviews, they seem to have predatory business practices. RUN AWAY!

I worked with Clarissa Espinosa and she was the BEST. She was knowledgeable and was able to do a CAD design of my proposed kitchen with allowances for the larger range (36") and cabinetry. I enjoyed working with her and felt she really listened to me. She referred me to an excellent installer, Abel Herrera with Brothers Quality Remodeling and my new kitchen is amazing. The pricing was competitive and I couldn't be happier.

They routinely deliver the wrong product and then blame it on the customer and refuse any sort of credit or refund or replacement with the correct product. They do NOT stand behind their own warranty - it’s completely subjective and if they do agree to send a replacement item they send a damaged one and then blame the customer for the damage and refuse to correct it. They never have parts in stock and refuse to place an order unless they have stock and refuse to communicate with the customer when the product is in stock.

Brian was great, very helpful, The Shaker Style cabinets are perfect.
Outstanding, (cant say that with enough emphasis) the Installer, "Brothers Quality Remodeling" True Craftsman, just Outstanding!
