“Noticable quality difference with this beef. If vegetables are more flavorful and nutrient since with regenerative/naturally grown food, why wouldn't it make a difference with cattle. I'm happy to pay extra up front vs pay later in hospital bills that could be prevented by eating natural food.”

“5 stars bc the service and meat was good. But the prices are NOT reasonable like others mentioned, even for dry aged. Denver steak costs 25$ a pound here. You can get it wayyyy cheaper online or literally anywhere else nearby.”

“I came here looking for a few very specific items to make a very culturally-specific dish. They had literally everything I was looking for, and the service was outstanding. I even found some things that I had no idea that I needed. Thank you so much for being the home for everything Latin American in Denver”

“I've been to this butcher several times now, and it's my absolute go to for anything red meat. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Plus, they sell pig ears and frozen cut beef bones, which my dogs go nuts for.”

“I have been a Chef at local restaurants and always use Lombardi Bros. when I could. Great product and customer service. One of the best companies I worked with. Can’t wait to do retail soon! They don’t do retail anymore and have been bought out but they are hopefully as good a company.”

“Ha! I started eating meat again because of them... the quality is ? % ?.? Now listen up! It's so important to support the small ranchers and farmers that care for their animals. Get your butts over there. ☝️”

“By far the best carniceria I've been to in Denver. When you drive up, there is loud music blaring, there is everything you need to whip up an amazing and authentic Mexican dish and they have fresh tortillas for sale. There is also a restaurant in the back that had a line incredibly long so we weren't able to try it, but will definitely be back soon to do so!”

“Went from a bad review to a good review. I have much much better experience calling into the company than online. The website needs a bit of work when offer are no longer available, but calling in took less time than the website and much more positive experience.”

“I tried the Pulled Pork Reuben and it didn't disappoint. It was the perfect mash up of two great sandwiches. I added some vinegar bbq sauce and that was a great addition.I would happily come back and try more of the menu next time I'm at the market.”

“Just a short distance from Denver Airport you'll find Carniceria La Depensa Latina a grocery, butcher shop and restaurant. I'm a huge fan of menudo and base on recommendations from the Yelp Army, we stopped by for a great experience. The Carneceria was a impressive arrangement of Latino decor as well as friendly staff. I ventured over to their menu and was impressed at all the delicious options to have for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. We visited early Sunday for a chance to get menudo and also try their chiliquillies a delicacy of fried tortillas and eggs with salsa, beans and rice. Both dishes were serve hot and filled with incredible flavor. The menudo also came with the usual garnishes as well as hot tortillas. Both dishes were reasonably priced and great portions.Lost of patrons began visiting the store to grab produce as well as prepared meats to take home and either fry or grill. Store was very clean and service was very helpful. If you want great food for some authentic Latino groceries, this is your place. I highly recommend them!”

“I have been buying at a Tarahumara butcher shop for years and the little gueritas that work there are very kind and the lady who worked in my town but I can't say the same, the manager is always angry and has a very ugly face or is always on the phone and the butchers are always They see the ladies as if they wanted to ogle them, a lot of disrespect and the young girl also heard her say that if they don't like going there, they should go to another store.”

“Decided to try this out for the $.79 taco Tuesday/Friday and let me tell you that's one of the best bargains I've found in Denver. All the tacos were great for the price tag but the carnitas in particular were really exceptional. All the staff handled the lunch rush with ease. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the Menudo Rojo.”
