Absolutely worst place to buy a battery. They sold me a 'brand new' battery for 180 dollars and my car would not start after a few days and when I took it in to my trusted mechanic, he could visibly see it was a faulty, unusable battery. When I went to switch it out because they have a 'warranty' they refused to give me a different battery because it's 'tested' fine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

This place DOES NOT SELL NEW BATTERIES. I bought what they told me it was a new battery. Took it to three different auto parts stores to get checked. Found out it was not new. Refurbished and cleaned up looking new. Don't get fooled people. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.

I pacifically asked for my car battery and they gave me the wrong battery almost messing up my whole entire computer head system for my car. Please be cautious because when I took it back and explain the situation, they said they had never heard of a door system nor hybrid car it shows me that they’re in company into even be selling batteries at this company again use with caution valuable lesson. I paid $15 for them to install the battery and never got a refund. I did get the money back for the battery I am a police stuck now, having to take it to the dealership to see if any internal damage is done

My car broke down battery went dead they wouldn't even let me charge my battery at a battery store the lady was rude and come here all the time to sell them batteries not no more I have my kids my dog have to pick up my grandkids

Sold us a bad battery that would not hold a charge...AutoZone checked it and said it was bad
We returned it to get another and id tested bad .we did it again and same result..they sell junk batteries and won't replace it with a good one and no refunds....Don't buy a batter here the will rip you off

Good prices and low prices but now they want to charge to change the battery so you buy the battery and they want your battery to get the deal but then it's really not a deal because they get the money back by charging you to change the battery smh . People always try to get you instead of just doing business normally I will just buy the battery somewhere else and get it changed what's the difference I live in Aurora and travel just to use them now I have no point of using them. Cheapee battery's everywhere else if I have to change it myself ridiculous

the lady at the front was so nice, the install went smoothly and was SO much less expensive than the local mechanic who quoted me $600 ($582 but same thing) at a shop, FOR A BATTERY and INSTALL. granted, mine isn’t the easiest to install, but still… $300+ for labor? so I came here, in and out in 30 minutes, installed with a 5 month warranty for $80.

They don’t answer there phones and when I show up they would not even give me a warranty on 2 golf cart battery’s. And the batteries they were trying to sell me looked bad. Don’t recommend them at all.

I bought a battery at this place on Saturday and it had no charge and was broken. They didn't give me my money back, they didn't do anything to help me, don't go to this place. Better buy at autozone.

Ok the prices are cheaper than other places. But the customer service WOW ?? ! I get it sometimes you arrive at a place of business when it's busy and there's a lot going on, but when you look directly at a customer & not even acknowledge your paying customers, then continue to help other people coming in & going out. That's not a good look. For me I'd rather go pay an extra $10 bucks for someone to at least help me & provide a" paying customer " help & service. We won't be coming back to this place. Just out rite rude !

Great service, 5 month warranty and can't beat the price. Batteries are so expensive today that I really recommend these guys, and super convenient right on Colfax!
