Had an amazing experience thanks to Will. I went in to buy some snowboarding boots and he provided his expert insight on sizing, heat molding, etc. to help me save time and money in the future. Great attitude as well. Would recommend!

Called and asked about a product, the lady on the phone said they had several in different styles. Drove over an hr to the shop only to find out they had laid on the phone and only had one of products in stock. Laid and try to play dumb in the store.....had this is experience in both burton stores in CO on our trip.

Came in here when I lost part of my bindings. Aaron hooked it up, got me the part and put it on for me, didn’t charge me a dime! Will definitely be returning in the future

Will was super helpful! When I couldn't find a binding part locally, I called the Denver store and they went above and beyond by sourcing the part and shipping it to me. Great customer service, thank you Will!

This store holds up to the quality of the Burton brand! Aaron was more than helpful and extremely quick and friendly about it when I came in with a busted base plate for my bindings. Thank you again Aaron, you're a great asset to the Burton team!

Good store, service was excellent and free for fixing a broken binding strap. Only issue was that there isn't any bike parking so I had to lock up against the railing for the stairs.
Some bike parking would be dope.

Brought in an old boot I was struggling to re-lace and the guys here couldn’t have been kinder - super friendly and they fixed it in no time. Saved me from having to scramble last minute to shop for a new boot right before my trip. Thanks again, guys!

Best customer service I have experienced in years. This shop rocks and Will is the man! I have tried a lot of stores and brands over my 30 years of riding and no one has stood behind their products, taken the time to help and make you feel like a part of the snowboarding community more than Burton, Will and the people at this store.We are now a Burton family for life because of our experience here.
