The customer service is horrendous. Also, don’t buy anything Burberry. You only have to google Burberry quality issues and article after article comes up. I have an expensive wool jacket where I am getting the zipper replaced for the 2nd time, so 3 zippers in 5 years. Burberry won’t stand behind their quality (and again it shows from Google). Lastly, the management is not customer service driven. There are MUCH better brands for the same cost or even less expensive. Don’t waste money on Burberry, and especially your time in the Denver one.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Burberry and Cherry Creek and was helped by the store manager, Danielle. Danielle was incredibly helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience a pleasure even though I did come in at 7:30 PM when they were closing in 30 minutes! I was looking for a new outfit, and Danielle took the time to get to know my style and preferences. She helped me pick out a few different items to try on, and offered their honest feedback on each one. I felt completely comfortable and it is in the dressing room, and Danielle was always there to help me with anything I needed, she even brought me a Saratoga springs water! In the end, I found the perfect outfit with Danielle‘s help. I’m so grateful for the extra tease and attention to detail. I left the store, feeling confident and stylish, and I can’t wait to wear my new outfit to my event , I highly recommend Burberry cherry creek to anyone looking for a great shopping experience, and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Danielle, you’re in for a real treat!

Google maps AND Burberry website say store is open at 7:30.. but it’s actually closed. Waited outside 5 mins and called to confirm it’s closed.

One of the better (best?) Burberry stores I've been to. Staff are patient, friendly, very helpful, not pushy, and not pretentious. Very easy to try on sizes and get suggestions from them.

Very underwhelmingly.. there were more employees than necessary just standing around..I don't appreciate the condescending demeanor of their staff.. I appreciate you're used to people who don't know anything about Burberry but I ended up knowing more than they did and they continued to try and explain their wrongs to me.. I know i sound snoody but please don't "mansplain" Burberry to someone who lives in Burberry

I went in to look for a perfume. After i had been to two other department stores and had no luck. Two amazing sales associates helped me so much and made my first wedding anniversary absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to them for going above and beyond for me. Customer service is trash, so made my experience with Burberry bad. save your time and don't visit here go spend your money at Louis Vuitton or Neiman Marcus.

I received a belt as a gift and the since the size chart is based on UK it wouldn’t fit right. This store in Cherry Creek was able to help me and make the exchange process seamless. The employee is helpful. The belt quality is great, totally worth the price.

I love Burberry!! I think they have a wonderful leather collection and can always find something I like there. I forget the lady that helped us but she was wonderful, very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. She was a huge help and we truly enjoyed her.
