He sourced a stunning diamond for the engagement ring and transformed my wife's ideas into the ring of her dreams. He then created a wedding band that perfectly complements it. Avi, Stephanie, and team are absolutely wonderful. We took a new engagement ring in to fix a loosened stone. They not only did a brilliant job of talking us through what caused the loose stone on a new ring and repairing it, they also greatly improved the prongs, making the stone even more secure.
The team is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and helpful, and we’ll be going straight to them when we’re ready to buy wedding rings.

There truly aren’t words to describe how wonderful Bulow Jewelers is, Serena and Stephanie especially. When my sapphire engagement ring got damaged, I took it to Bulow Jewelers to ask about repairing it. They examined my ring very carefully and very honestly, letting me know that our former jeweler had sold us a bad stone and set the stone in a bad setting, full of porosity. I was devastated.
Stephanie and Serena are truly heroes; they guided me through the replacement process, advocated for me to my jewelry insurance company, brought in five stunning new sapphires that I got to choose from, and set my selected sapphire into a perfect platinum setting. All along the way Stephanie and Serena were supportive, understanding, and compassionate.
My new engagement ring is one million times better than the original, and I can’t thank Bulow Jewelers enough for spending so many weeks helping me with this process. They are now the only jeweler my fiancé and I will go to.

Bulow took in my delicate rings after another jeweler seriously damaged them during sizing - they managed to fix a ridiculous amount of warping and my rings look absolutely stunning. 10/10, incredibly lovely staff, this will be my go to jeweler in the future!!
