May seem like a cool place but products are very unreliable and have recalls frequently. Oh and when they do recall potentially hazardous products (like the big blue party speakers) they refuse to give anyone a refund for almost endangering lives and choose to file bankruptcy as if not a single person paid for those speakers.

I had purchased a 10W Wireless Charging cradle in Chicago. I got to France and it would not charge. Came back to the states to Denver. I saw the Denver Brookstone store. I can't remember her name, but she is worth a million bucks in her customer service.

rude salesperson, turns out he wanted to close the store 15 minutes early. i guess when they say they close at 9pm they really mean 8:30pm

An unnamed employee did me a huge favor here. Best customer service I have ever had in the airport. Dude went way above and beyond. Thanks.

My suitcase arms bent when I was rolling it out to the car. Brookstone replaced it for free here. She was beyond nice!

I have bought a lot of stuff from this store and the employees are always very nice and willing to help. That said, I bought a pair of Beats headphones from this store that were defective so I brought them back and even with the receipt, I was told I had to go through Apple. While I understand, it contradicted what I was told upon purchase. I haven't bought anything here since, nor do I plan to.

Honestly, I don't see how this company stays in business. You immediately assume overpriced first thing when you walk in the door. Commission sales people are usually friendly but obviously, well, commission sales people. Brookstone is one of those places you go to look and very rarely Buy.

Was looking for a portable charger for my iPhone 6s, they have several models but they were very expensive. I ended up buying one at EnerPlex near B23.

Brookstone, that ubiquitous shop in virtually every shopping center in America, is here in the shopping mall that is Denver International Airport. It is in the Main Terminal, on the mezzanine level. This particular Brookstone has mostly luggage and travel related items for mostly men. Wait a minute, that is what ALL Brookstone stores have! Either a gift shop for the man in your life, or its a place a guy can get some interesting item that he will end up storing in the garage after 6 months. (Well, if he bought it, his GF or wife will put it in the closet as useless after that time!) But if its a gift for Dad's day or the Man's Birthday from his significant other? Well, he better keep it on display longer or end up i the dog house! Brookstone is like a high class "As Seen On TV" informercial store. OR an outlet for that SkyMall Magazine in your seat-back pocket on the plane you always flip through but never do anything about. Now you can, right here at the airport! Actually, I bought ear buds with a retractable cable, neat and tidy, for my iPhone. Even came with adapters for those pesky Continental Airlines head set slots, with a 2 prong hole, instead of the one that United uses. It came with extra rubber bud covers too. But true to form for Brookstone, overpriced! $35 for the earbuds.. But the blisterpak plastic packaging looked nice!
