I love renting here! It's easy to make a reservation online (plus you get a discount for doing so) and everything is linked up to my Epic account (which gets you another discount)! Staff is super efficient and knowledgable and gave me advice on how to make my personal boots last longer. The only place I'll rent skis now.

Our service on Saturday morning to be fitted and pick up our rental gear couldn't have gone smoother. Jane effortlessly walked us through the process and with such a good team by her side, our pick up went flawlessly. Mallory and the other gentleman helped us check out and were very pleasant and informative! Thanks to the Breeze staff!

Just got off long phone call with Jasmine. I am a long time Christy Sport (AVOID) renter and even have an account there. I called the W Colfax location and the lady that answered clearly just wanted to go online. Tjat is what I will do with Breeze, but only after speaking with someone knowlegeable ' Jasmine 10+, Christy's W Colfax (0 and RUDE). Even when I tried Christy national number it answered, waited 15 minutes then finally said sorry leave a message. If you wsnt some human attention go to Breeze (ask for Jasmine). Avoid the internet junk factories, skiing is already corporate enough.

Wouldn’t recommend renting here. It’s $20 more expensive than the breeze near Littleton, and I had a faster and better experience there. They rented me skis that did horribly in fresh powder, and I told them this when I returned the skis. The man working with us told me that he took his groomer skis out yesterday in the pow and had a pretty bad experience. Would it have killed him to warn me when I was getting my rentals or at least suggested that I may want to rent a different ski (which he only bothered to tell me about after a terrible day of falling).

Came in to pick up a snowboard early season so no other customers where there. I paid the premium price for a demo board, website said board should be same as new ones on the shelf for sale!! (would not recommend demo prices at this location as all the boards where severely outdated and run down) and was expecting a nice board that did not happen, the person that was helping me decided to go and take lunch in the middle of our conversation some time after 2pm?!??? and just left to eat and get stoned left me with 2 or 3 boards on the ground, one of the young girls that was working on skis came over to help and let me know in advance she had not ever rented out any snowboards, there was also another young man that was waxing skis for a special Olympics athlete competing in the xgames and he just ignored what was happening even after looking to him for help several times so I had to go through the whole stack of boards on my own all out of order and not labeled in the back we where able to get a subpar board picked out (which was probably one of the best in the shop?) she had some trouble setting the bindings and could not get them lined up right did a poor job waxing the board and when I got to the mountain I had to waste an hour actually more including looking for tools to fix the bindings after they almost came off on the mountain not being secured correctly. Other location up the road tword the mountains was also not very friendly where I dropped the board off wast of $100

just avoid renting from here if you’re in a time crunch even with a reservation. zero organization and you will be shuffled to 3+ different lines to wait without being told what’s going on. watched 4 people walk in after me and leave before and in the end it took 1.5 hours to get fitted and walk out the door with maybe 10 people in the store when i arrived

It took 2 hours in line for a group of 8. They were rude and made us do the line twice because they did not let us use the bathroom at this facility. I found other places with the same low price and better customer service. Will definitely go to a different location next time.

Charge adult rental prices for old kid skis. Also my epic pass discount was not honored.

Incredibly rude service - when my order was processed incorrectly it required a refund. The recept was ripped from my hand and I was told I was to blame. Couldn't believe it. Avoid.

Recently swung by to have snowboard bindings mounted and ski boots heat molded. Even though it happened to be rush hour, Jane and the rest of the team were able to squeeze us in (due to us not needing rentals) and had us out the door in 30 minutes (heat molding ski boots takes 25).We've also rented gear here before. As with any ski shop the rental process takes time, but if you plan around rush hour you can have your rentals equipped in 30 minutes as well, and it's far cheaper than renting at a resort for the same quality.The team is courteous and knowledgeable and we're grateful for their excellent service :)

Great place to rent skis. Easy pick up and drop off. Returned skis a few days early and they reimbursed us for those days. Wasn’t expecting that but we appreciate it. Will rent from them again.

I came here at 9:30 am and ended up in line until 10:45 am even with a reservation in advance. There was only two people working and the computers are very old and crashed. Not efficient and whatever owner reads this needs to upgrade computes and appropriately staff correctly. I was never offered a discount oranything after waiting so long.
