Can't recommend enough! You can't trust many people these days especially when it comes to making money, but you can trust this shop. I went in for what I thought was a normal alignment check and essentially got told my previous repairs were a con job. They didn't charge me anything because I had been duped and morning I thought was the case. Even offered to help if needed once I acquire my parts again. Chris and Nathan were very helpful in answering questions so I could make the right choice going forward with my car. Highly recommend!

Chris and Nathan were great today. They have excellent customer service. They were quick to get my car in and quick to get the breaks put on. I will definitely be recommending this location.

Had a great experience at Brakes Plus on Evans. The service was friendly and the mechanic was thorough, even taking me to the garage to show me the parts that needed to be replaced on my car. Will gladly come back again next time I need work done on my car.

They replaced my oil quickly and for a good price. Just got my shocks and struts done for cheaper than what they originally quoted me.

I drove in needing breaks. I went in to get it checked out. After waiting awhile with them looking at it they came back and said all your calipers are fine but you need new rotors and pads all around. They said if I kept driving I would damage the calipers and that would get really expensive. So figuring all the calipers where fine taking them at there word and finding a deal, I went ahead with repairing the pads and rotors to which they said would be done before the end of the day as I needed my car for a interview the next day. The end of the day came the car was half way done and I was told now it was going to need to new rear calipers. I told them I could not afford any more and I only did it right then as they said the calipers where fine and what we discussed after them looking at it was my out the door price! As I knew I could not afford more. They then told me though would do one caliper free but I would need to come back in about a month and pay them to fix the other. So there is still one bad caliper on the car and they claimed they where all good at the start to try and get me baited or they didnt know what they where doing its got to be one of the two. Now its 2 weeks down the road and my breaks are making weird noises and breaking poorly all around. Please be very careful if you go to this shop.

Absolutely the best ever!! My family and I have found our forever mechanic here at Brakes plus!! Josue was kind, understanding, and informative! The whole staff made it such a pleasant experience. 1000% recommend this location.

There was damage to my steering wheel after they worked on it and drove it. I called many times to try to get in touch with them, and they never returned my calls.
More importantly, after about six months after my brakes were replaced, my brakes started acting up. I took it somewhere else who said that the brakes were not applied properly which caused damage. I now need brand new brakes AGAIN, including pads and rotors. I will never use this company again! I don’t trust this company to do the job correctly.

No complaints about the service provided, but I had an appointment for 2:00 and they didn’t complete it until 4:30 )unfortunately I elected to wait there). Seriously, 2.5 hours for an oil change?!?!

Phenomenal service! My front license plate needed to be remounted and the mechanics were incredibly kind and quickly fixed it. We shared laughs and it felt like a big family. Definitely will be coming back if I need more work on my car!
