Leslie is FANTASTIC!!!! My Wife's phone froze the other day and as Husband knows, A wife with her phone is NOT a good thing so off to Boost we went. I'd already decided to get her a upgrade due to her phone being 6yrs old even before we arrived. Poor Leslie was swamped but did a very professional job with every customer there. Leslie was not only able to unfreeze my wife's phone but explained what might have happened to make it freeze up! We did end up getting my wife a new phone and Again Leslie was Fantastic! Got a new phone, on good plan we could afford And my wife still has her old phone so it was a win win. Leslie went out of her way to make sure every customer there was happy when they left!
If I had a business I'd want all of my employees to be like her!
