I went to this store to look into getting a new phone. The man who helped me wasn’t listening to anything I was asking at all . He kept talking over me trying to get me to get an iPhone 11 when I clearly came in and asked if he had an iPhone XR’s in stock . He kept talking over me and deflecting my questions . I left to go to another boost store where I actually got some help getting the phone / plan I wanted.
