Bad service
Check your phones carefully, I bought a phone 2 days ago, and it doesn't work and although the warranty says 7 days, they didn't accept a return.
The girl who helped me today has horrible costumer service, she was rude and made me feel like if I wanted to steal

Horrible place to go to if you port in with them.and not able to use your device because it’s not compatible with their service and won’t refund the money back from a zero usage.

Nice people but they are pretty ghetto always out of something don't work the business hours posted on door. Needed a phone so went down there the lady informed me they didn't have the phone I wanted and if I came back tomorrow I would get a discount so I waited day one CLOSED day two closed day three closed for most of the day opened up at 5pm after I went to another location SMH...

This store is NEVER ACTUALLY OPEN even though the hours posted on the door AND on Google says it is. Someone who apparently works there wrote the address of another location on the door with a sharpie. Like on the actual door, not even a sign. So professional. Oh and then when I went to the other location (2334 E. 46th) to check out my options for the brand new defective phone that I bought literally two weeks ago, they told me I was S.O.L. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because they're cheap. Get what you pay for, I guess.
