“I have been going to Christine for 2 years now to file my taxes and she always does a very thorough job. If there have ever been any issues with IRS needing more documentation she has remedied them right away. She always asks about my daughter and how I'm doing, and seems to genuinely care. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that communication is sometimes challenging. It's hard to get a callback when I ask for one. But if that one area improves I will absolutely be happy to change my review to 5 stars, as I've been happy with everything else.”
