Absolutely the worst customer service in the clothing industry. Ever since Bonobos was purchased by Walmart, their clothing designs have become stale and customer service has gone into the toilet. They seldom deliver on time and you can NEVER get ahold of a live human being to discuss why you order hasn't arrived on the date promised.

I've enjoyed the whole experience shopping at Bonobo's that I now have two of their suits and a few shirts, all really great. I wasn't a suit guy before, but they turned me into one. I needed a suit for my wedding last year and didn't feel the need to go for a super expensive custom suit, so I scheduled a fitting to see how they looked and felt, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. Kat walked me through all their suit and shirt fits (of which they have multiple options), and made what's usually a stressful situation easier than I could have imagined. Decided to get another suit for another wedding shortly after, and had the same results. If you're looking for something a cut above the cheaper suit places without breaking the bank on a custom suit, look no further. Highly recommended!!

Honestly I was in love with this place at first but after a few items that didn’t hold up and after some shipping problems, this place just isn’t worth it in my opinion, I have found my money better spent at lulu or other companies that have better material and return policy’s and that you can get your clothes same day. This is just my opinion and you may have better luck here than I did, the customer service and people that work there are great and in no way is this a reflection on them other than the store policies, but in my experience I have been able to return items to lulu when it’s not holding up. Just me two cents.

Kat was so helpful and attentive, despite single handedly running the store and assisting other customers this morning. It was the sort of retail experience I haven’t seen since pre-COVID. I hope she gets commission!

My experience regarding customer service has been great at this location. Kyra and Kat have always taken great care of me and been able to work with me even when things didn’t quite fit right after I received my shipment.

Quality has really dropped in the last couple years, significantly. Also their customer service is a joke — they offer a teacher discount! Except they exclude the chinos, the one thing you actually wear as a teacher! So generous!

Stopped in on a whim to the Cherry Creek location for a shirt and ended up grabbing a few. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in showing me the different fabric options, cuts, and patterns. I'm stoked about my new shirts and the whole process was super easy. The staff made the difference!

I used to be a big fan of bonobos but recently they have fallen off a cliff from a service and quality perspective. I spent hours in a store picking items and was advised delivery would be 12 days later, longer than normal but understandable. It’s now 18 days and still no update on when items will be shipped. I have now cancelled the order and had fully custom items produced and shipped. $1300 sitting in their account and no service! Don’t use anymore!

Great customer service, it has been taking awhile to ship but still happy with the customer service this store provides in addition to the quality of clothing. Great for people who are more fit but have longer extremities
