Equally important, our service rep, Nick, kept us informed throughout and met every expectation he set. Excellent result and service!

Had a big scratch on my bumper, brought it in for an estimate, turns out it was a largely superficial scratch just to the clear coat. They buffed it out in 5 minutes for free and I was on my way. Great to deal with an honest business with honest people!

My 2021 BMW X5 was hit spring of 2024. Mike did the assessment and made sure all the work was done exceptionally. I was thrilled with the work! Last week my BMW was parked in a shopping lot and was bumped with a large black scratch left on the bumper. I brought the car in today for an assessment. Unfortunately this bump would require a new bumper side which is ~$1K. Mike could see how upset I was about the cost to replace part. He then spent an hour working on getting the scratch out. He personally did the work. Although the area is not perfect, it looks significantly better. Mike went above and beyond his job of giving me quote for the work. I am thrilled! I highly recommend BodyWorks!!!! Excellent customer service. Thank you Mike!!!!! Will certainly use BodyWorks again

We brought my wife’s 2020 BMW in to have damage repaired from a parking lot hit and run in July of 2024. I worked with Mike Orr and he was easy enough to work with initially. I was out of town when the car was finished so my wife picked it up. This is where the trouble began. Mike Orr was acting inappropriately nice with my wife there alone. I’ll leave it at that! She felt very uncomfortable signed the papers and drove away from there as fast as she could. When she got to work she noticed that the entire car had hail damage!! She didn’t feel comfortable enough to go back there for the above reasons, so she called me. I called our insurance company and they escalated this situation to the supervisor who told me that they would contact the repair shop, rather than me go down there as I was planning. Probably good advice given how upset I was with Body Works and Mike Orr! Anyway, this should have been handled in a more professional manner at multiple levels. Body works should have called me immediately when the damage occurred. I would have filed a claim and got it repaired there at that time. Instead Mike Orr and Body Works did not call, instead they deceitfully delivered the car to my wife in such a strange way that she was scared to go back to the shop and confront them. After this experience we have plans to take the car to a different body shop. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.

I have taken my BMW to BodyWorks by Murray Motor twice in the last 5 years and each time, they've exceeded my expectations. They are consistently communicating updated on the status of my car, they dealt directly with my insurance and the third-party at-fault's insurance, and as always, demonstrated a commitment to superior work. Recently, Laly handled everything for me and I could not have asked for a better experience with her. She handled all negotiations, supplemental claims, and resolved all discrepancies with my insurance company -- something that no one enjoys handling - but they were persistent and ultimately successful, even when the insurance adjuster was unwilling to budge. I cannot recommend BodyWorks enough. I will never take my car anywhere else to get it repaired.

I went in to have them look at a paint problem from someone else, and to my great and thankful surprise they took an hour of their time and fix the problem for me for at no charge. Obviously, could not possibly recommend them more highly--especially since body shops can tend to have problematic reputations. They do great work and they're obviously honest. Take your car to body works by Murray!

Just wanted to share that we had a really positive experience with Dail Perry at BodyWorks By Murray when they fixed a deep scratch that covered 3/4th of the drivers-side of our BMW X3.
Great communication throughout the process with Dail, the work was done ahead of schedule and most importantly, it looks good as new. Highly recommend this squad.

They used poor quality products (black spray paint) for our Tesla trunk interior. it’s been almost a month and our interior still smells like spray paint. Just go with Tesla service… don’t trust these third parties to do a quality job.
