This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. Also, both times I took my vehicle back to fix minor issues and Keith had no issues working with me on correcting the issues.”

My car was badly damaged by hail. Kyle and his team did an amazing job with the repairs!! My car looks great! Kyle is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I'm so glad I chose his shop. He gave me a loaner to drive, which saved me money because my insurance policy didn't cover a rental, and he waived my deductible.

“Hail Medic did a fantastic job on my 2019 Lexus IS300!
At the beginning of the summer, It was dinged up pretty bad during the hail storm. My windshield was cracked. My hood, roof and trunk were dimpled. I hesitated to have it repaired until I met Matt.
In late September, I was worried it would be too late to claim, but he respectfully provided information about their process, following up with a scheduled viewing of my car’s damage. His inspection and description were detailed. I trusted his advice and advanced with repairs. They had me drop off my car the very next day and started working immediately.
Communication with GEICO and them felt relatively smooth. I used a rental car through Hertz and it worked well for me. I received updates by text messages with pictures every Tuesday and Friday for 3 weeks, until it was partially completed. I received my car back looking amazing but they informed me of a wait for a part. I had the option to continue without that repair, but I felt it was the right decision to return for their service and have it replaced.
The entire process took a little over a month for it to be complete, but I do not regret being patient for their service. I recommend Hail Medic to anyone searching for professional hail damage repairers. They were kind, considerate of my schedule, and knew what my car needed: looking like it was before that storm.

“Had my car towed to this location over 2 weeks ago when I was in a car accident in the mountains. Albert was my representative for my claim and was in charge of communicating with my insurance. He was very communicative during the whole process. Unfortuantely due to the extreme damage, my car was declared a total loss. Once the loss was decided on, I went and got all the items out of my car. Albert was very helpful and helped me them out. Even though I did not receive any collison repair services at this location, I would highly recommend this location to others.”
“Kind people absolutely exist—and they work at Big Brand Tire & Service. Late Sunday afternoon, I ran over a bolt and rushed in because they were the only shop open. Even with just 30 minutes until closing, Jeremy and Victor kindly put on a spare so I could get to work the next morning. Jeremy then invited me back the next day for a proper patch, and I was helped immediately.
The customer service here is truly top tier. Jeremy and Victor are knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring...their dedication to their craft did not go unnoticed. “I took my beloved 2012 VW GTI in here after it got in a traffic fight (not its fault) and sustained passenger side injuries. Sorry Snyder's, but I gotta say that I wasn't sure what to think when I walked in to the office, but man was I blown away by the service and the level of care in their work. “3R has set up all my cars for the street/track, doing alignments and corner balancing. They also installed the limited slip rear diff in my 911. This past spring they did an alignment/corner balance to the 911 and the car just felt nervous and skittish. I don't drive it much, so some time passed and I felt reluctant to bring it up to 3R. A friend encouraged me to do so and 3R was amazing in their response. They asked me to drop the car off, drove the car with me, took notes as to my impressions and then re-aligned and corner balanced the car to the specs that I'd initially requested. I'm happy to report that the car feels amazing! 3R took care of this for me and I'm happy to recommend them!”
