If your black or a minority don’t waste your time shopping. Horrible experience. Was attempting to purchase a art statue which was priced at $358 an not only was they attempting to over charge me on the tax. The salesman checked each of my $100 dollars bills like I was passing counterfeit. Then attempted to charge me 43.58 in tax. Very racist.

I ordered flowers delivered to my dear sister-in-law in Denver. She called me this morning to say that the bouquet is utterly sensational and quite possibly the most beautiful she has ever seen! I ordered online, received timely responses, the delivery was right on schedule, the delivery young man reportedly was very charming and professional, and most of all, the flowers are GORGEOUS!!!! This will be my "go to" florist for my large Denver family!

So I stop by to grab my girlfriend a little pinned it when I asked how much it was I was told 50 some odd dollars and when I paid because I got a bracelet as well he said 932 pennies that sounds about right $90 when I got home I found out it was 900 and dollars and 32 pennies is what you charge me and he did ripped the tag off of it as well and said I could only return it for store credit so I’m honest mistake they can only be fixed byStore credit I will let you know how they proceed here if they should be turned into the Better Business Bureau and blacklisted or if they are going to be a stand up actual business and fix the mistake they made and fires a little Twatt that did it.

I love stopping here after work to see what little floral treasures they have that day. I purchase my flowers individually (not pre-arranged), so I can't always find what I'm looking for simply because a kiosk can't have everything. BUT, when I do see something fabulous, they are FAR SUPERIOR to any other florist in the area. I've had roses that are so magnificent that they only make me want to go back and spend all my money on fresh flowers. The customer service is always top-notch.

Hands down the best flowers in Denver.... They are unique, fresh and always last for a week or more. I go out of my way to stop by Union station for flowers.

Made to feel very unwelcome in this store in Union Station. The clerk looked terrified to have three minority women shopping in the store, and didn't handle it well. Very disappointing.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Bad business practice. I was at their Union Station store and wanted to buy this hat that had a price tag of $39.95. When i went to pay for it, the bar code wouldn't scan so the staff at the checkout told me to grab any hat that she can scan. I grabbed another hat that is similar to what I was buying and she scanned it. I also bought other things so I didnt bother checking the total price. I assumed she was honest and put in the correct price for the hat. When I got home and checked the receipt, i was surprised that i got charged $54 for the hat! And what's worse was she tore off the price tag from the hat so I wouldn't notice! Disgusting business practice!

The flowers look lovely, too bad I couldn’t buy them. Wanted to buy some flowers for an event and nobody was there during normal business hours (6pm on a Saturday) so that was super disappointing.
