I pass by Bill's Crestmoor Automotive frequently when I go walking, and I often see a classic car in their parking lot. I have a 66 Mustang, so I thought I would give them a try. I just needed the oil changed, but they also did a complimentary inspection on the car to let me know what other work it needs. I really appreciated that. The car was ready when they said it would be and the cost matched the estimate. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely go there again!

I took my car in and paid a $200 fee for a diagnostic on my infotainment center glitching out intermittently. When I met with the tech he told me he spent a total of 20 mins diagnosing the issue and all he told me was how to turn the radio off and on. What a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great experience and great service. I had a lot of issues with an older vehicle and Roman did a fantastic job walking me through the more necessary fixes. They made sure to have my vehicle done in a timely matter and were very helpful with pricing. Much appreciated!

Friendly local auto shop that I took my car to once but probably won’t return because I don’t know if they can be trusted.
I looked for a local neighborhood auto shop to get my car inspected at to make sure it was ok after an unexpected off-road adventure. They were able to get me in right away for a free inspection. They said everything looked fine but then tried to upsell me on all these services I knew I did not need as I had received maintenance from the dealership only a month ago. They probably thought I was an easy target as a single woman. I did approve one service I had declined at the dealership and that turned out to be a mistake.
I picked up my car after service was performed and immediately felt something was off with the brakes. Then a whole bunch of dashboard lights lit up for system failures. They were closed for the day so I came back the next day to have them look at the car again. To their credit, they were apologetic and did provide me free rides back home and to their shop after they fixed their mistake but it was still quite an inconvenience.

I took a car in for a pre purchase inspection. I was informed my car was not worth purchasing and the mechanic was very detailed in his explanation. Shout out Brian for being so thorough and for showing he cared about his customers. I will be returning and I recommend this shop for anyone who needs any servicing.

Their communication was awful, my car was stuck there all weekend just for an oil change. They didn’t charge me for a diagnostic which was nice, but I was very annoyed with the lack of communication.

I've been taking my 2012 Suzuki to Bill's Crestmoor Automotive for a few years for maintenance. I've' always been satisfied. However, the last 6 months have cemented my loyalty to Bill's. My car was making a high pitched ticking noise that was making me crazy. The staff at Bill's patiently and persistently were finally able to track down the source of the noise. Their customer service is great, and their dedication to doing a great job is obvious. I highly recommend Bill's.
