I used to love going to the Bikes Together location in Park Hill. It felt welcoming and helpful. You could get a used part, throw your bike up on one of the racks and install it. People were always there to help out or give pointers if needed. I don't feel the same way about the location on Osage. It definitely doesn't feel as welcoming and the prices seem to be a lot higher. I used to use Bikes Together regularly to keep my kid's bikes rolling but now think I'll be looking for a different option.

? Approximately ten days ago, I visited this establishment and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The team here is very welcoming and incredibly supportive. Not only do they offer expert bike repairs, but they also provide educational workshops that cover bike repair techniques, understanding different bicycle models, the unique tools? needed for bike assembly/disassembly, and the intricacies of various bicycle parts and components.
?I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Laurie A., Molly, and Charlotte for their exceptional assistance in locating the necessary components for my bicycle. Their dedication to service was evident as they helped me identify the correct parts and showed me the tools required for the installation process on my bike.
?♂️ When it comes to taking care of any and all of my bicycle servicing, this shop is my first stop on my list . I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to experience the outstanding services offered at this shop.
?Also...i want to give a special thanks to Bikes Together for the countless hours, comprehensive services, patience, and diligent efforts invested to make sure our bicycles are in prime condition ?♂️, secure and safe for riding, and to assist those who are interested in getting the right bike. ✨️? ✨️

great shop with a great mission. i did one of the learn and repair sessions and loved it. I'm glad to finally be able to ride again. I recommend this place to literally everyone i talk to who is vaguely interested in starting to bike. the staff are super friendly and accepting, all skill levels are welcome. i knew absolutely nothing walking in and i didnt feel judged at all. they have everything you would need and are accessible to literally every income level, including zero income. 10/10 nonprofit

Stopped in today off of a whim for the first time while looking for a couple of bikes and a child's seat. Everyone in the shop was so kind and helpful. They have a donation bin where they helped me find a free helmet for my child. This was exactly the type of experience I hoped to have in a local shop. Thank you for our bike, child's seat, and helmet!

I love this place, their mission, and their business model. I don't drive right now. I've been walking 3 hours each way for physical therapy and realized I should get back into cycling. However as my income is extremely tight right now, I had a few options. Walmart bikes suck and they don't last. Used bikes can be unreliable depending on its history. I used to volunteer regularly at the Salty Spoke in Sitka Alaska and was glad to find Bikes Together, which has a similar mission! Reliable transportation is necessary towards equity for all.
Their current model is 1. Their sidewalk bikes. Bikes that need some TLC and fine tuning. 2. Ready to go fixed up and tuned bikes that come with a 30 day warranty 3. Used and new parts if you want to fix up the bike yourself. On top of all this, they offer learning days where you can sign up to work 1 on 1 with a mechanic. The sidewalk bikes and the leaning sessions are suggested prices and enable everyone to have a reliable bike. I worked with Molly, Cat, and Timmie and spent over 2 hours in the shop. Everyone is great and this is a nonprofit that makes me proud to say I'm from Denver. 11 out of 10. This is a non profit I would be proud to give as much as I can. They also accept donations for bikes and parts!

Bikes Together is awesome!! My bike had a flat tire, and the folks who work here helped me out right away. Timmy the bike technician even adjusted my brake pad when he noticed it was off. They also host various bike-related events in the community, one of them specifically being female and queer friendly. Highly recommend this non-profit bike shop!

Not all heroes wear capes. These people are full-on rockstars, and Denver is lucky to have anything like this! Go support these beautiful people if you're able! ✨

I like how the website says safe and inclusive space and they are incredibly rude. Tried looking at a bike that needed a tune up and asked questions about it they refused to help and kept saying "it's broken". I've worked on bikes most of my life and it needed a tune up but wasn't broken. I explained that to them and nope, they kept saying "it's broken". OK can you explain why it's broken? "Nope, it's broken" what a joke.

Thank you for the volunteer bike tuneup at Denver Library. Your volunteers fixed my breaks and a few other things. They were patient and had a willingness to help.
